Very clean, big rooms. Cozy and comfortable. Quiet house (could not hear any neighbour)
It’s the perfect place to stay the first or last night. They have a great breakfast and restaurant but also make a Picknick to go for early flights. Staff is super helpful and friendly and the location is so quiet and nice , directly on the ocean.

The accommodation is clean and everything is functional. A small problem in the room was solved by the reception immediately.
What is not related to the hotel, and it surprised me enough, is the price of a taxi from the airport to the hotel, a 6-minute ride for 5,000 ISK.

For me, the Garður Apartments were ideal: there was a kitchen area to prepare food (because there are no nearby restaurants), the area was quiet except for calling birds, and I enjoyed walking to lighthouse that is about 20 minutes' walk away. The airport is roughly a 15-minute drive away, and so easy to reach with a car.WesleyUnited States

It's location is fantastic, right on the edge of Gardur, close to the lighthouse. The staff were friendly, helpful and just wonderful. The rooms were really clean and very comfortable. And the restaurant, well the food was amazing. The ambience of this hotel was just perfect. It was the cheapest of the venues we stayed at but definitely the best. And we got to see the Northern Lights here.

Hotel is relatively short drive to the airport, good if you are using it for the last night and have a early flight next morning, but far away from Reykjavik and other touristy places. Nice and friendly staff in reception and restaurant, they prepared us lovely breakfast boxes to go, as we left early in the morning (before breakfast started)

Very accomodating, they made me a little to-go breakfast because I had to leave for airport before breakfast started. The room was huge and very modern and clean. Easy parking lot, straight shot to airport with about a 15min drive. Large, very nice bathroom.
