This is a real gem!! Room was beautifully furnished. It's quite with very easy parking. The David Hockney wall hangings are superb and a real eye catcher. The food was exceptional !! Beautiully cooked and presented and with a very knowledgable staff explaining in real detail what i was eating. A first rate service. Bar sells locally crafted ales, again very wll presented and with detailed suppier knowledge. The site is tranquil, peaceful and I thoroughly enjoyed. Took my wife a "Hug In A Box" which she fully appreciated. A full sensory experience.

Beautiful market town Lovely shops and cafes Great to sit on the market place and people watch with a gin outside of the kings head! Kings head very good for food and drinks, lovely inside and outside. Everywhere flat so easy to get around.

A lovely, busy town with the perfect mix of independent shops in the town centre and bigger stores on the outskirts. The two market places are wonderful and there is an amazing selection of pubs and restaurants. There are many interesting old buildings with the wonderful Minster at the heart of them. The green spaces of the Westwood are just a few minutes walk from the town centre, as is the racecourse. Beverely is a lovely market town with a beautiful Minster right in the centre. It has lots of good pubs and restaurants especially Piccolino’s Italian a bit difficult to find as it sits in a car park but it is right in the town centre

The Minster was lovely.
The Minster was lovely. Visited this 23.09.23, there was people selling second hand goods/ clothes. Alot of people who live in Beverley was dressed up in 1940s attire, so lovely to see. Not sure how often this is. Central 42 does a lovely breakfast. There is also a whetherspoons the Cross Keys, quite nice, but there are plenty of nice pubs, restaurants, cafes.CazUnited Kingdom - 10Scored 10

I have visited Beverley a few times now, and this will be more regular over next few years as my parents have transitioned here - you will never be bored in Beverley. I believe there are 36 pubs in Beverley - I went to three, all very different in character and history. The Minster and St Mary’s church are gorgeous and often have exhibitions on, there is always something on in the town. I didn’t have time to do the walking tour of Beverley but saw several groups who all seemed to be enjoying learning the history. There is the Beverley Beck, worth the 5km, or so, walk around - a hidden gem. I will stay longer next time!

we've been to beverly lots of times but this was our first stay. beverly is a lovely town and the minster is beautiful and amazingly still free to enter unlike most cathedrals and minsters these days. there are osme lovely old buildings and pubs and plenty of nice shops if thats your thing. it's flat too which is good if you have walking problems. there are lots of nice restaurants and cafes and a good selection of vegi ones too because both being vegi sometimes we struggle to find somewhere nice .also if you ask for a parking permit from the owners of your cottage there are numerous places to park for free. we also ordered a delicious vegi set meal for2 for £20:95 which was so big we had it the next day aswell from the ladygate tandoori. it said 45min delivery but only took 15.you could order and pay for it on-line too. all in all a lovely place to stay. we highly recommend beverly.

Location of hotel was very good for walking into Beverley. It is a quiet location with well kept beer garden to front and separate entrance for access to hotel bedrooms.All staff very friendly and helpful . On checkout we were asked for feedback on our stay .The owner is very nice and keen to provide the best service and most comfortable stay as possible. The morning breakfast was good. The Hotel is situated right in the middle of Beverly Market Square right where the shops and pubs etc are. If you like to eat out there are plenty of options nearby. The staff were all very lovely polite and helpful and I would without doubt stop here again. The local bus station is 5 minutes walk away where you can catch a bus to the coast and enjoy the scenery and leave the car behind.MichaelUnited Kingdom

Will definitely book again. The owner Alan was absolutely great, as we were held up in traffic and didn't arrive until 2 hours later than expected on a Friday night. He communicated well, and met us at the property to show us round and hand over the keys.
