It's not a place if you don't speak Spanish. I got on the beach and I could not get off because there was no exit to get off it was all private with fences. No seemed to speak English or help. It's not friendly and very aggressive to you as you walk through areas. Better figure out how to get. Pesos and then figure out how to use them. This is absolutely my favorite spot to vacation .. the people, the beaches, the weather .. it is just so beautiful. At no time did I ever feel unsafe. We took buses, taxis, and walked places and had no problems at all. Xcaret is a must - the wildlife and natural beauty is breath taking. We ate at our resorts most of the time, but we did go to a couple little taco spots. Everything was good. We visited Juarez Beach, Isla Mujeres, Playa del Carmen, and ventured to some cenotes. Everything was perfect. During our trip we visited Tulum, Playa del Carmen, Cozumel and Cancun. The 2nd day we took an amazing snorkeling tour in PC and the 3rd day we went to Xcaret…the most amazing place that has everything. My favorite part…Mexico Spectacular Show 😍😍😍! The last 2 day in Cancun we stayed in the hotel and its beach and we had a walk to the night club area and restaurants. We did something different everyday, including where and how we ate. Some days we cooked in our hotels because it’s pretty easy to get groceries or to eat in a local market! We were really tired the last days but I didn’t want to go back home yet, I still wake up at home wishing I could go out to enjoy that surprisingly spectacular landscape! Everything was awesome and easy to find and the workers were patient and amazing! It was my first time at a all inclusive Adults only. Absolutely recommend it. The fact I was able to connect music to the Bluetooth in the shower. These rooms left me speechless.

We stayed for one week, but we did not have all inclusive, as we had trips around Cancun area almost every day. It took us around 20 minutes to get from and to the Airport, depending on the trafic(with taxi). Also, if you want to get around hotel zone or to go to downtown Cancun, you can take the bus which goes on the Main road, R1 or R2. The hotel also has a nice beach, but unfortunately, in the period we stayed the waves were quite big and almost all days we had a red flag.
