What a lovely 2 night stay my mother and I had at this quaint unit. Clean, comfortable and homely. Loved the decor and the bath was amazing on a cold winters day. We will be back!

Lovely quiet little town. The Cheese company and The Real Pantry were great places to visit and nice people to talk with. Nosh makes great Iced Coffee and Gully Garden has great food, especially the peaches.

Angaston is well positioned in the Barossa for wine tasting. Maggie Beer's Farm is close by as is the Chocolate Factory. There is a lot of history around the town, you just need to explore to find it.

Angaston is a pretty area with Tanunda, & Nuriootpa very close by. Amenities are great with a Foodland supermarket, quaint little shops along the main street. There is a lovely farmers fresh fruit & veg store on the main drive between Angaston & Tanunda. It is about a little over an hours drive to Hahndorf & The Cedars with Hans Heydon house & gallery in the Adelaide Hills, & about 2 hours to Clare. There are lots of wineries & cellar doors close by - Pepperjack, Jacobs Creek, Peter Lehmann to name a few. Berge's U Underground cellars & tasting room is in the main street & well worth the experience. There is a hop on hop off bus which takes you around a selection of wineries $80. It leaves from the carpark behind the Visitor's Ctr in the main Street. The roads are well maintained throughout the area. Maybe a 3-4 night stay followed by 1-2 night stay in Hahndorf, followed by a 2-3 night stay in McLaren Vale.

Angaston is perfectly placed to explore the Barossa region and Eden valley. The pretty town has some great coffee shops and excellent wineries (both large and boutique) within a few minutes. The Saturday morning market at the local town hall had some fabulous produce and interesting crafts. Places highly recommended include Lamberts Wines, Vintners restaurant, The Barossa Chocolate Company and Nosh cafe.

Angaston is a lovely town in the Barossa, but not as busy as the big ones which makes it a great place to base yourself for your weekend away.
We eat at Saltram's Winery, the food was delicious, exceptional in fact, we will be planning a way of eating there again. We also had dinner at Wanera Wine Bar, the food was also very good.
The friendliness and welcome.
From the moment you arrive Julie the host makes you feel welcome and her attention to detail is incredible.
From the fruit and chocolates in the fridge to the complementary port and games in the cupboard you realIse Julie has made it special for you and puts a lot of thought into what you have while you stay in her accommodation.
The quality of workmanship is simply outstanding and the whole place is a credit to the conversion work that was done and the breakfast at Nosh Angaston was superb.
We will stay again!
Cute period cottage in the heart of Angaston, located on a quiet street but within a few minutes' walk to all amenities including bar, restaurant, grocery shop plus a few specialty shops eg Barossa cheese company.
Very well equipped, you don't need to take anything with you, it's like a home from home (shampoo, washing powder, condiments, you name it!)
Breakfast basket was excellent with enough food for a cooked breakfast, also a bottle of wine, port and juices.
We had a great stay at the Bauhaus Hotel, perfect place to rest our head for a night, after exploring the Barossa. In a central location in Angaston, free parking behind the property and beautiful modernised rooms. Seperate bathrooms are very clean and modern, quiet rooms despite being above the pub. Lovely street with cafes & bakeries before hitting some wine tastings. Would stay here again, highly recommended! :)
Angaston is a gorgeous town and this property is lovely. The gardens are lush, with birdlife visiting all hours of the day and night. It's well set up for a couple, and the kitchen and living room are quaint. We enjoyed sitting in the garden during the day, and by the fire at night. You're close to all of the wineries and attractions of the Barossa. I loved having a bath everyday - it was the perfect holiday.
Amazing location, felt so close to everything and wasn’t far from the main street of Angaston either. The property itself was very nice, situated next to vineyards which meant beautiful views across the Barossa. The pool area was really good, perfect for the 35 degree weather we had during our stay. The staff were very friendly and eager to help us in any way they could.
Nicely furnished 2 bedroom apartment within walking distance to cafes and shops in Angaston. The king size bed was very comfortable. Kitchen well equipped for cooking with a coffee machine and coffee supplied too. Nice, quiet position with parking at the rear of the property. We stayed in the Chardonnay suite which is upstairs.
We absolutely loved the property, it had everything we could ever need throughout our stay in the loveliest and most beautiful property, really felt like home. Wishing we could have stayed longer, will definitely return. Also, fantastic location right in the heart of Angaston.
I was amazed at the room condition and everything about my brief overnight stay. When making the booking I was looking for a quiet country pub near the centre of Angaston, what I ended up with was four-star quality accommodation in a newly renovated room which was excellent.
Well presented and very clean. Extremely comfortable bed and fabulous rain shower. Netflix provided and google mini. Easy walk to shops and eateries in Angaston. Great security features and entrance lighting. New laundry equipment with clothes line and individual airers.
Huge property, heaps of room for our group of four. Great location, very close to Angaston which has a supermarket and plenty of cafes. Weather was a bit chilly but the house has great heating. Would love to come back again when the sun is shining!!
Comfortable house with plenty of space and efficient heating system (it was very cold overnights). Very convenient location close to Angaston and wineries. Clean and tidy and well appointed. Hosts were very friendly and welcoming.
Absolutely everything! Angaston Lodge is superb, it's beautiful, spacious with everything you could possibly need. So many thoughtful extras too.
Grant and Tony are wonderful hosts and we look forward to returning 😊
Everything was as expected, the cottage is situated in a quiet street a couple of minutes walk to the shops in Angaston. We were very comfortable and really appreciated the lovely breakfast food that was left for us.
Angaston Mews is an immaculate property, well maintained, well equipped, spotlessly clean. The owner obviously has given a lot of thought to equip the property with everything needed for a serviced apartment
Cozy one bedroom B&B in Angaston. Exceptional breakfast provisions and extra goodies. Well maintained and clean. Appreciated the laundry facilities as we were on an extended vacation.
Fabulous period cottage in the heart of Angaston. Very generous breakfast provisions provided and the free chauffeur service to/from a restaurant really made it!
Superb and serene location adjacent the township of Angaston. Open spaces surrounding the accommodation, curious goats and alpacas, magnificent sunsets.
