We arrived late due to delayed flight (02:00) and it was not a problem. We asked for a late check out due to late arrival and they supported this. The room was more of a suite. They staff were very friendly and made sure we got breakfast even though We were slightly late for it.

Perfect location at the edge of the old town but everything is within walking distance. The room was very comfortable and spotless. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was small but tasty and plentiful. Everything had a quality feel to it. I’d happily stay there again. Definitely recommend the pizzeria which is about three steps from the hotel terrace.

Location was perfect. A stones throw from the peoples square in historic old town and apart from the street cleaners exceptionally quiet at night.
Bathroom was large with large shower, window.

There are few shops in the city, you have to walk a lot, there are few restaurants and they are expensive. The beach is clean, the beach is stony, not sandy. The old town is pleasant, with many bars and cafes.

Zadar is a beautiful historic city with a lovely old town, seaside promenade, and unique attractions like the sea organ. Getting around is easy on foot. I enjoyed the local seafood and wine. The only downside was the crowds during peak tourist season, so I'd recommend visiting in the shoulder seasons.

The sea organ was amazing, just so different.
People were friendly and the majority of people spoke good English. It has a very Italian influence in their food in the restaurants.

Lovely Old Town, pretty and packed with history.
Lovely Old Town, pretty and packed with history. Beautiful location, even more so in the evening/night. Easy and inexpensive to visit islands and nearby towns using local ferries and buses. Friendly people.
Excellent, plentiful and well-priced restaurants and bars. Favourites were Dalmatina (fish/seafood), L'Osteria (seafood), Pizzeria Tri Bunara (worth the queue), Coffee & Cake (breakfast) and Konoba Tovar (goulash). Fave bars include The Trooper Bar (beer/metal), Deja Brew (beer) and Zlatni Kutic (people watching). Cheap, plentiful, quality seafood, bakery produce and fruit & veg from the market.
Visited the usual spots including monastery and museums. Particularly enjoyed the vista from the Bell Tower, compact old town and narrow streets, city views and vibe, "green" market, Sea Organ, harbour area, park, eating and drinking, and people-watching.

Zadar is a great city for a short break.
Zadar is a great city for a short break. I stayed for 4 nights which was just enough. Old town has lots of history, beautiful buildings, shops, restaurants and bars. It has a lovely waterfront promenade and a beach is walkable. Many excursions available and also a 15 minute ferry ride to the nearby island is very cheap. Taxi from airport is reasonably priced and I took bus back there for 5 euros.
Everything was perfect: free parking, sparkly clean room, a superb view to the Adriatic Sea which we got to admire from our own (huge) private terrace, the pool. The owner is really nice and gave us an upgrade of the room we initially booked and also some useful travel advice. We also got to meet Blinks, the very cute dog that "guards" the property. It is true that you have to walk about 30 min, or 15 min+cheap boat to get to the city center, but the hotel area is far more quiet and relaxing.
No breakfast here as self catering only. Host was waiting in garden for us when we pulled up in taxi, spoke good English and gave really good advice on getting around. Neighbourhood is peaceful with friendly folk.Three small supermarkets nearby, a pub right on the beach, and to get to Old Town Zadar take a short walk to harbour entrance pier then get rowed across by a family member who has been doing the job for 800 years apparently, Try some boat trips to nearby islands.
We booked the top floor apartment, the terrace was AMAZING! The views showed the harbour to one side and the way to the sea the other. Perfect for sitting with a beer at night.
The hotel is perfectly located in central Old Town, near restaurants and the pier, but keeps quiet at night.
The hotel it's self was clean, light and airy, with great Aircon. The hotel manager was really friendly and helpful.
If we get to go to Zadar again, we would 100% book this apartment!
An outstanding boutique hotel in an excellent spot. Having stayed in Zadar several times, this is my favourite hotel. The receptionist/manager is a lovely lady, with a great sense of humour. She brightened up our day. The Booking.com hotel listing doesn't do this place just. Really nice inside, great walled garden/restaurant, smart rooms. Quirky decoration and art, plus plenty of history in this converted miltary hospital. My go to choice next time I'm in Zadar.
The best value on our entire trip through Croatia. Spacious, beautifully designed and furnished room equipped with everything you could need. It felt like a stay in a brand new 4-star hotel.
Private parking was available, small but sandy (total rarity here) beach only minutes on foot from the property.
The owner was super nice and greeted us on arrival. I couldn't want anything more from an accommodation like this.
I wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone :)
The apartment is located in the heart of old town Zadar, therefore right in the center of all sights and action. However, in the apartment no nuisance was experience. A golden combination. The apartment are to the standard of a luxurious hotel room. Great interior with a very comfortable bed and great bathroom. As a family we rented both apartments, therefore it was a bonus that the apartments are basically directly connected by a small private hallway.
5* The property was 5 minutes from Zadar bus station. The hosts were outstanding and have everything you needed in the apartment. We enjoyed our stay very much, it was spacious and clean. There is a bakery right across the street for morning coffee and breakfast. The kitchen is equipped with everything if you decided to cook your own meal. The place is 20 minutes walk to old town and tourist attractions. Definitely recommended and will stay here again!
Everything, luxury at its best. Clean, beautiful and great design.
Majpruz Suites is a little paradise in Zadar.
The apartment and building itself is just magnificent, from the design, quality of finish and the 5 star service provided by Sandra and Ivica.
We did not want to leave the apartment and had so much relaxing time and fun on the roof terrace, enjoying the hot tub.
We will most definitely return to this amazing apartment.
Thank you.
The location of the apartment just in the center of the old town of Zadar. With all the restaurants and shops just downstairs. Big size studio and has AC and kitchen. It was comfortable for me to get changed and move around the old town and get to thr hotel. There was not that noise as i read on other comments, i just closed both windows and slept.
Cute small hotel in a quiet neighborhood. Our room has a small balcony with partial ocean view over roof tops. It's about 15-20 minutes drive to Old Town. But there are many restaurants close by. There are beaches within walking distance. Staff were very polite and helpful. Breakfast was very nice, one of the bestThank you for a lovely stay
The apartment was very clean and everything looks pretty new.
The apartment is also located central within the old town of Zadar and has a small market outside the window.
Contacting the host was simple and they replied quickly to our messages.
Picking up the keys was easy and the host provided simple instructions ahead of our arrival.
Fabulous apartment with pool, close to a couple of cafe bars and Tommy's supermarket. Bus stop 2 minute walk to get into Zadar cost €1.60 per journey or approximately €9 with uber. Beach front very close and is a nice walk which ever direction you go. Jasmina is a fabulous host and on hand to advise you with anything.
This Hotel is a great place. The staff is fantastic very friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and well appointed. The breakfast was wonderful with some items made from the menu.
The location is a ways from the old town area but still walkable. Will definitely will stay there again.
Large apartment with great clean swimming pool. All facilities available:- dishwasher, washing machine, aircon, etc. Close to beach and bars. 10 min uber to Zadar. We were a family of 5 and had plenty of space. The owner was extremely helpful. 5 star service. Would definitely go back again
A comfortable room on the verges of the Old City Zadar, in a mini-hotel of 4 rooms. Short walking distance to the Sea Organ and the solar show. Nice cafes and bay view throughout in the ‘hood.
If you have a car, street parking only.
Spacious room
Heated towel dryer in the bathroom
Smiling, helpful staff
Beautiful hotel
Close proximity to the Sea Organ
Everything in Old Town was within walking distance but the hotel itself is on a quiet street
Free parking
Very good facilities like a 5 star hotel :) bed was cozy, room was warm and bright. Easy to checkin. There is a parking nearby which costs only 1 euro for 2 hours. Good location. Very nice English communication with Nena.
5 stars hotels and all the apartments should take lessons from this place! We were amazed by everything, nothing bad to say. Well done, excellent 10/10!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
