The hotel has recently opened and the staff and owner do anything to make your stay as good as possible! We were welcomed with fresh coconut milk, fresh fruits and flowers! The breakfast was different everyday and really good. We ate the fresh fish as dinner too and it was wonderfull! Good AC room. It’s a 2min walk to the beach with private beds and some nice beach bars to get a drink or some food.

Elena’s was the best! Perfect sized rooms, lovely bathrooms, great air con and wifi. Little hammocks out the front of your place and a beautiful 1 min walk to the beach. We realised it was way better than staying on the beach for us because was it was so quiet at night, but you’re still practically beachfront. We extended our stay 2 times, to stay at Elena’s and in Trincomalee in general. Elena and all staff were so helpful and accommodating for whatever we needed (tuk tuk, a late night beer, extra bedding and even offered me a yoga mat!) Already dreaming of coming back here! Thanks so much Elena and co!!! Also Hawaii snack bar at the end of the street on the beach is another place we’ll dream about till we die, must eat there everyday :)

The pool was great and the breakfasts were delicious. Also the staff was so friendly and always looking to better our stay.

The hotel is very good. Room is clean and spacious. The view on the bay is gorgeous. It’s relatively close to the beach and the ocean in this area is very clean and warm. We spent here 4 nights with our 3 years old son and we all had a wonderful time. The staff is very attentive. I especially want to highlight the man at the pool area and the guys from the restaurant, especially Kirujan , who was very helpful with all our needs. The food was delicious and varied. Definitely recommend this hotel. From what we’ve seen that’s probably the best resort in the area.

The food is very tasty and varied, there are both local and European dishes. Breakfast includes a lot of fresh fruit. Get ready to put on a few kilos, everything is so delicious! ))) The room is very spacious and clean, the beds are very comfortable. There are all necessary bath amenities, including a bathrobe and slippers. The room has a spacious terrace where it is very pleasant to drink tea overlooking the sea and palm trees.
