The staff were amazing and polite and especially the staff that greet you in the entrance ! I loved the day we arrived and the way the girls explained everything to us and the welcome drinks really surprised us ! Beautiful accommodations with beachfront access, multiple pools (including private room pool/patio and shared upper level pool overlooking sea). Very friendly, helpful staff and amazing breakfast each morning! Great location 10 min drive to Rethymno port, and located 1/2-way between Heraklion and Chania, so great central location to access those areas (and Plakias area in south) while visiting Crete.
