Definitely a holiday we will remember with affection! The structure is wonderful and clean, the staff always helpful and friendly and what about the food? Fabulous!!! Despite the large number of guests, the food was always of high quality, selected, always different and for all tastes. Usually buffets create confusion and rush, but this is definitely not the case. The same applies to the services in general. The animation team spoke mainly in French, but although it was not our language, we were involved and participated in every activity. In other words, every day was always a pleasant surprise! An experience to be repeated and recounted. Thanks to all the wonderful people who made this holiday memorable!

The Aministrator of the hotel Agapi is so usefull, she helped me to change the dares of my booking. I got one of the best rooms view upon arrival. Amazing goid, beach is super for the kids. Good entertainmebt. Ckean rooms. Beautifull location. I am coming bach in 2024.

I had the most incredible experience at the Blue Bay Resort Hotel in Agia Pelagia! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that made me feel like a cherished guest. The resort's location is absolutely breathtaking, perched on a hillside overlooking the stunning Cretan coastline. The panoramic views from my room were nothing short of awe-inspiring, and I found myself captivated by the beauty of the deep blue sea and the serene atmosphere. The staff at the Blue Bay Resort Hotel are second to none. They went above and beyond to make my stay as pleasant as possible. Their friendliness, attentiveness, and willingness to assist with any request made me feel like I was in a home away from home. The level of service truly exceeded my expectations. The accommodation was luxurious and meticulously maintained. My room was spacious, elegantly decorated, and equipped with all the amenities one could desire. The comfortable bed provided me with a restful night's sleep, ensuring I was ready to embrace a new day of adventure. The dining experience at the resort was a culinary delight. I sampled a wide array of delicious dishes that celebrated the flavors of Crete and the Mediterranean. The on-site restaurants offered a variety of options, each prepared with the freshest ingredients and an artistic touch that made every meal a memorable experience. The resort's facilities, including the pristine swimming pools and spa, provided ample opportunities for relaxation and rejuvenation. Whether I was lounging by the pool, enjoying a spa treatment, or engaging in water sports, there was never a dull moment during my stay. One of the highlights for me was the Blue Bay Resort Hotel's commitment to sustainability and the environment. Their eco-friendly practices and dedication to responsible tourism really impressed me. It's refreshing to see a resort that cares about the planet and actively take steps to minimize its environmental impact.

Genuinely- this hideaway resort was a GEM! First and foremost the staff absolutely make it. From Anna and Stella who welcomed us and helped us navigate anything from taxis to activities. To the beautiful married couple who work behind The Starlight Bar and wore their hearts on their sleeves. To Michaela who always remembered our names when we swung by for breakfast. You really do feel like You are with extended family. We did it all- spa, water park, archery, arcade, dining in all three restaurants, day bed etc. We always found something love about everything we did. The breakfast was our favorite of the three buffet meals and the Italian Ambrosia restaurant was our favorite of the two fine dining restaurants. The pumpkin soup with basil oil… the risotto, Artemis Rose. Yes. If You need a little getaway from the resort- we HIGHLY recommend the DOLPHIN taverna on the beach. It’s just a little walk and Nikkos will give You some of the best prawns and surprisingly carbonara. If You fancy something more immersive then a 6euro taxi ride will take You to Fodele Village where You can have INCREDIBLE lambchops, cold beer, a walk through some of the most stunning nature scenery Crete has to offer, and explore the El Greco Museum. To go to Heraklion it’s just a 20 minute ride, and voila. City adventures to Knossos Palace and La Brasserie. (Our favorite night life spot). Also- it was my birthday when visiting and the staff went out of their way to send a little mousse cake and balloons. It was so incredibly sweet and I had the best time. Weather was great, ocean was magical, pools were cold, free yoga classes were fantastic- definitely returning. Oh and the place was SO HUGE that even though there were kids there- it didn’t feel crowded, chaotic or full of tears. It was very accessible. ALL INCLUSIVE is the best way to go. You will more than get your moneys worth- even if You eat elsewhere. If You like beverages especially!

I liked the energy the staff were trying to create in the evenings with the live music. The manager provided with a doctor free of charge to assist me as I got a stomach bug. The room was cleaned everyday!

The staff was incredibly nice and genuinely work hard to make your stay nice. They went above and beyond several times if there was any issue or inconvenience. The hotel is perfect for families that want an affordable all inclusive resort that could be anywhere. The family room was spacious with a separate area for kids. The spa was fantastic!

Very friendly staff ,very good meals and drinks, very clean, nice location with big private beach and swimming pool. The public transportation from the hotel gate to downtown and old city also directly to the airport for one and half euro.good value for money paid.
