Exceeded our expectations. The hotel is tastefully decorated with lots of unusual details. Traditional radio & cassette player in room was novel. Public areas very relaxing and the food offered was very good. We would have planned to stay more than one night if we had known it was going to be this good.

I was a bit worried when booking but then was plesently suprised. The staff was very friendly, check-in was easy, rooms were clean, and bed was comfy. From outside might look like motel but inside feels like hotel. The key card had an issue once but the staff fixed it immediately, could happen anywhere.

The room was clean and spacious, considering the train tracks are across the street, it was very quiet. The breakfast room large with good basic breakfast options. Staff was friendly and helpful. A good value hotel would stay again when in the area.

Whats not to like the service is great or atleast they are trying. Sometimes simple service is good well it is for me as im a nurse and only stay to sleel amd get back to work at night. Beds are a little on the firm side but when your tired you just fall asleep and feel rested.
