The staff are professional and courteous and do their job with a smile. When I had a problem they solved it without a hitch. Very welcoming and thoughtful. The room was quiet and so were the neighbors. Close to shopping and transportation! The cleaning service was awesome, would highly recommend a stay here!

Great Location, Lake Merritt is across the street and beautiful views day or night. AWESOME STAFF and I'm sincerely a regular guest here, stayed here 10+ times and always had a great time and no problems ever NONE!!!

The rooms are extremely clean through out!! The property is very well maintained and clean! The owners and the manager are very attentive to the needs of its customers and Secuirty is very good ( They take it seriously) I’ve stayed in many hotels in the area over the years and the Continental Hotel is by far the best hotel I’ve stayed at! Plenty of good food in the area.
