Great location, clean and we enjoyed the lounge on the 12th floor with big glass windows. Incredibly convenient to get around Hakodate for a quick trip. Rooms were comfortable and bigger than expected. We appreciated the ability to pick a pillow, just make sure you do it quickly as they do go fast.

Great location for the train station. Plus lots of great restaurants in the area. Comfortable bed and access to an onsen but we didn't get the time to use it. Quiet room despite being next to the train station. Great shops around that area too.
