The staff was absolutely amazing, specially Derviş who helped us to get back the jacket I forgot in the bus to Capadoccia. The hotel is beautiful and it has a roof terrace with nice views. The room is cosy with very comfy bed. Breakfast is very good.

The evening discussion over tea with Faruk and my son, the father and original founder of this establishment was a highlight for me. Faruk had so much knowledge of current world affairs, stories to tell, and wisdom about life in general and the evolution of society in general. Then on the hotel side, the breakfast served by Faruk's wife.. Every ingredient fresh and either grown from their own garden or carefully picked from local producers. The jams were homemade and a real delight, and the omelette and cheese... Starting the day over this very healthy and plentiful breakfast was a real treat. Sahin, their son and the manager of the hotel was kind and providing good advice on how to make the best out of our stay - for example advising us to take the green tour instead of the red tour we had booked to be able to benefit from the opportunity to visit the underground city and the transportation to take us to sites we would not otherwise have been able to see. The rooftop terrace offered a fantastic vista from which to see the hot air balloons rise at sunrise.

It was my third time in magic Goreme and for sure not last... This time stayed in a real cave room without windows which was great experience. Bed was very comfy, room huge and nicely decorated, siting area fantastic where I could enjoy tea or coffee anytime... Lighting in cave great, Wi-Fi good what surprised me as that was really cave. Good breakfast on the roof terrace with cute cats running around :) Check in and check out very smoothly, staff very nice and ready organise local attractions. Location great: on the way to sunset point view and max 5 minutes walk to main street or bus station. All for a big plus

I have a lot of good responses during my stay in here. First about the location is near the bus station/otogar, which is a walking distance around 500 meters, or you can ask the staff or the owner to pick you up from or to otogar. Dont hesitate to ask them because they're friendly. Second, I like about the room because the room is really comfortable, and you dont need any air conditioner since it's already chill in your room, so you won't feel like in a sauna (even in summer, it was chilly and you can sleep comfortably). The room also has facilities that you needed, such as amenities (but no toothbrush, you have to bring your own ofc), hair dryer, hot water, water kettle, and coffee as well as tea. But if you want to have a tea or coffee at the terrace, you can go upstairs and ask them for the drink (it's complementary from them, which is very very nice). Third, the hotel is also operate a tour with a good price and I am happy with the tour (I take the green tour and hiking tour). Fourth, tbe breakfast was great, they offer you lots of bread, together with cheese, egg, salad, jam, and even fruit for dessert, so you dont have to worry about getting hungry at their place. Fifth, the most thing that I love about this place (which perhaps you cannot get with the other hotel) is their friendlines and good vibes. It was first time staying at the hotel but I have a good conversation not only with the staffs, but also with the owner. The owner speaks english very well, so dont worry. At first, I was shy and feeling not used to this friendliness, but during my stay, I feel really happy and enjoy with them. Really, it was a good place if you're looking for Turkish kindness and culture. I totally recommend it.

Clean, spacious and comfortable. You might have to walk up a hill from Urgup town. Everything is perfect about this place for a great rest. The host and help were very helpful.
