The Original Avanti House and Museum: The Avanti House, a guest house and mini museum located in South Bend, Indiana, was built in 1921 as a family home but, after extensive renovations, became a guest house in 2013. It features six guest rooms, three full bathrooms, and five half bathrooms! The old woodwork and character is not only intact but highlighted throughout the home. The home is decorated in an Avanti car theme and rooms are named after the various factory owners. A tv room, sunroom, and a neat spiral staircase were added in 2017. Guests also enjoy the large dining room, living room, and a well preserved kitchen. The Avanti House Number Two: The Avanti house number two gets its name from the original Avanti house around the corner. That popular guest house was recreated in this 1890 victorian style home when it was renovated in 2019. The 1800s character was preserved making this house comfortable and unique. It features five guest rooms, one owner suite, five full bathrooms, and three half bathrooms! Avanti two, like its predecessor. Guests also enjoy the antiques and memorabilia in the living and dining rooms while the shared kitchen space serves its function.

Cassandra lives off site with her family of seven. She takes pride in hosting guests and can be reached via text, phone, or email. Don, the home owner and Avanti expert, lives onsite and always enjoys sharing his hobby and love for the Studebaker cars with guests.

We are right across the street from the nationally acclaimed Studebaker Museum and The History Museum, located in the Oliver Mansion, a 38-room Victorian house where the J.D.
