The staff was excellent! We were in the area for college tours, and the concierge overheard me asking my husband to buy bandaids. He gave me a few bandaids from the first aid kit. On day two, I realized I needed to print a parking pass. A different concierge printed it out for me. Excellent service!

I liked Moody Street, which was a short walk from our hotel -- there are so many restaurants to choose from. We had breakfast twice at Heidi's Diner, which was a very friendly place with great service. We also had dinner one night at Sakura Japanese Restaurant and the food was very good and the service was also very friendly.
We went into Boston twice via the Commuter Rail station and this was very convenient -- just be sure to check the schedule before heading out. There is parking available at the station for $6/day. Once the train comes, it only takes 22 minutes to get to North Station in Boston.
The one thing I wanted to do but didn't get to -- walking along the Charles River Trail -- the weather just did not cooperate on the day we could have done it.

Getting around Waltham is a nightmare, and the staff is no help and there is no printed help. If you are not computer savvy (and we are not) you are out of luck and the staff won't much help. So we couldn't find an outside restaurant and there is little in that way in this facility--drinks and snacks, yes,

I was here for two nights to see a medical specialist. This was a one-mile drive to my specialist, so that was good. The employees were professional and helpful. Everything, including the key-cards for security access to rooms and elevator, made you feel that this was a very secure location. Ample parking, good breakfast.

Waltham is a bit away from Boston, so if the goal is to see Boston, I'd find places closer to the city, but if Waltham is the target, as was our case, this is a great hotel. It's quiet. The area is well kept.. It's close to major highways that can go in every direction.
This hotel exceeded my expectations. The hotel was way more elegant than I expected from the pictures online. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The valet parking guy had a great sense of humor and I was very pleased with the parking services as my truck did not fit in the underground parking. The breakfast was the best compliment breakfast I have had as it was restaurant ordered and freshly made. I will definitely use this hotel again in the future when I come to Boston!!
I needed a last minute booking late at night and when I got to the hotel the staff was ready to go. So easy and convenient, it took all of 10 minutes to check in, park and get to the room. And to top that off, the room was so clean and the a/c was on and they had direct TV with tons of good choices for me to wind down. I’d recommend this place.
I was charged a security deposit of $100 for my one night stay. I have never paid a security deposit for one night at any hotel, even after traveling through Europe and staying at 38 hotels. I will not stay here again, no matter that they intend to return the deposit. I find this very inconvenient and will seek future stays elsewhere.
The suite I had booked was larger than expected with all the necessary amenities and I stayed for two weeks. Overall, I had a pleasant experience. Due to the pandemic, the breakfast was a take away with very limited options, otherwise the staff were friendly and helpful. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my stay.
The inn was newly appointed and spotless!! The staff was friendly and contientious particularly the staff member at the front desk when we arrived. We arrived early and inquired about early check in. She quickly sought out staff to find an available room! This was above most hotel experiences we've had!
The room was very close to Boston, but away from the Boston traffic. The hotel was nice, looked nice, and their breakfast was amazing. Fitness center was clean and well kept. The room was massive compared to other hotel rooms, and there was a late night bar and kitchen in the lobby.
The hotel is outside Boston City but we had a car and it took around 15 to 20minutes to get there. It is not so far away. The rooms are clean and good size. The beds were very comfortable. The personel was very friendly and ready to help you. The breakfast was good.
Our hotel stay was good, but there were problems with the customers who stayed, we called the reception, they were immediately interested, but it's not the hotel's fault that the customer is problematic, the breakfast variety is above American standards
Mark the hotel manager was outstanding! He made sure all guests were comfortable and satisfied at all times. The staff was extremely friendly and very attentive and respectful. It was a pleasure visiting this location and will definitely return!
The people working the front desk were very considerate and helpful. On the whole, they were excellent.
The hotel is just a block away from a Costco.
Access to the highway was easy and quick.
Walking distance to main street with many restaurants. Easy parking. Large room. Nice view outside the hotel. Very nice staff give very detail introduction of the hotel and the area.
The hotel was amazing. Huge rooms with full kitchens, very clean, fresh smelling, no smell of smoke, elevator, parking was right next to building. Will stay again!
