Getting around Waltham is a nightmare, and the staff is no help and there is no printed help. If you are not computer savvy (and we are not) you are out of luck and the staff won't much help. So we couldn't find an outside restaurant and there is little in that way in this facility--drinks and snacks, yes,

I was here for two nights to see a medical specialist. This was a one-mile drive to my specialist, so that was good. The employees were professional and helpful. Everything, including the key-cards for security access to rooms and elevator, made you feel that this was a very secure location. Ample parking, good breakfast.

Waltham is a bit away from Boston, so if the goal is to see Boston, I'd find places closer to the city, but if Waltham is the target, as was our case, this is a great hotel. It's quiet. The area is well kept.. It's close to major highways that can go in every direction.

I used to reside in Waltham.
I used to reside in Waltham. It’s got a lot to offer for hotels, restaurants, and shopping. It’s close to Boston in MetroWest location and surrounded by other great towns. You can travel to tourist locations easily as it has major roads going through it. It’s the home to Brandeis University and Bentley College.
My room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. I requested a room in a quiet location and they definitely honored that. They have a wonderful breakfast buffet with generous amounts and varieties of food and drinks. The dining area is large with plenty of tables and chairs and enough room for social distancing.
The location of the hotel worked fine for me. I drove there easily following navigation directions and the parking is generous, well lit. I felt perfectly safe there traveling alone.
This was a typical, dependable Holiday Inn. The rooms were spacious, clean, had good towels, comfortable mattresses, and good air conditioning. It was exactly what we expected and wanted.
One plus was that we arrived at the hotel with quite a bit of dirty laundry. There was a small laundry room on our floor. We were able to do two loads in the early morning and were very grateful for this amenity.
The suite I had booked was larger than expected with all the necessary amenities and I stayed for two weeks. Overall, I had a pleasant experience. Due to the pandemic, the breakfast was a take away with very limited options, otherwise the staff were friendly and helpful. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my stay.
It was an excellent experience. The Hotel has its own parking and is close to great restaurants and markets. The staff are very attentive and friendly. The accommodation is very spacious and comfortable. There is nothing to complain about, as everything was very good. I highly recommend the stay.
The hotel, which I booked for my son & family, was attractive, the room very nice. But old cigarettes had been left in the partially cleaned bathroom. The smell was bad, especially because the 15yr old has a bad allergy to cigarettes. I’ve reported this twice before.
The hotel is outside Boston City but we had a car and it took around 15 to 20minutes to get there. It is not so far away. The rooms are clean and good size. The beds were very comfortable. The personel was very friendly and ready to help you. The breakfast was good.
Breakfast was good. I like the variety in the options that were available.
The hotel room was clean and comfortable. I had a peaceful sleep. I certainly will recommend it.
I didn’t like anything about the property it was very unclean the staff was rude I will never go to this hotel again and I have stayed at Pioneer extended stay Hotel’s
Breakfast was good. The hotel is nicely decorated. Free parking and close distance to Boston. The rooms have a kitchen and pullout couch which is nice.
