When I checked into the room there was no blankets or covers on the beds and no towels in the room so we had to change rooms. The next room didn’t have a light in the bathroom and no remote for the TV and half of the closet was missing along with the refrigerator and microwave.
When I went to check out I was told my room was not changed to my Credit Card and I showed the clerk at the desk where it had been changed and she said because I booked on booking.com there was an additional charge that needed to be paid along with my room charges. I declined to pay any additional charges because I booked the room at the rate that was charged to my card. The clerk was very rude and was rude yesterday when I asked her to have someone fix the bathroom light so I could see when I took a shower. I will not stay at this place again.

I was raised in WF, but moved away in 1989. This trip was for a funeral. But, we did look around for changes. Our old house & neighborhood looks the same. Sikes Center Mall has gone downhill. That used to be the big thing in WF. Good memories!

Staff was pleasant. That is the only good thing I can say.
Staff was pleasant. That is the only good thing I can say. DIRTY. Old sheets with spots on them. I kept checking for bugs I was so disturbed. You could not pay me to stay there again. Smelled moldy and the carpet was hard to walk on, as if the padding was torn in pieces and placed underneath. Stumbled a couple of times due to carpet. Just a truly uncomfortable stay and experience. DIRTY!

Everything about the hotel regarding amenities was great.
Everything about the hotel regarding amenities was great. It's only that the care of the room before we arrived seemed a little rushed, as I noted in my initial review. But having driven 500+ miles that day, this was a wonderful stop before reaching Dallas. I'd highly recommend.

The hotel was quiet and has a friendly staff.
The hotel was quiet and has a friendly staff. I don't like if you are local they make you pay a 200 deposit. I didn't like that the room had roaches either. Would not stay here again unless everything else is booked up.
Nice room for your money, just be careful I broke out really bad. They need a spray for pest control over there. I called and asked would I get a credit due to me being out of town and driving 8 hrs there for court and I woke up with 10 VERY BIG PAINFUL sores on me. It’s too graphic to upload, but I spoke with a male and he told me he will speak to the manager and let them know a credit is on them. So I appreciate them for that.
I loved the size of the room and having the sofa bed allowed us to have our son stay with us. We were visiting him while he is at tech school at Sheppard Air Force Base. It allowed us to spend a lot of time with him. This hotel was so very clean and the staff were great. I definitely will stay here again when in the area. The breakfast was great and they offered different things every morning. The beds were very comfortable.
I really enjoyed this Baymont experience. it was the first time my husband and I stayed at a Baymont. The room was prefect for ilia, we are no fuss no frills people, we never eat breakfast so that is not important to us. The shower had good water flow and the water was hot, not smelly Wichita Falls water either. Upon returning to our room daily, towels were fresh and coffee replenished. Keep up the great work!
Walls were dirty, needed a lot of updates in the lobby, and hallways, and room. fresh paint can make a hotel feel so much cleaner, breakfast wasnt really good at all, eggs tasted like they had been blended in a pair of boots, and the waffle mix tasted as if it was a form of glue mix
Never even got to check in after waiting for along time at 130 in the morning we had to go find another hotel this was cancled free of charge by the hotel due to not having any rooms then I still got charged for it . The money needs to be refunded to me
Only upside is it is close ish to the Sheppard AFB. However the comfort inn, and la Quinta are right next door. I walked from the red roof to the comfort inn so they’re all very close. It’s a cheap hotel AND IT SHOWS
Well-appointed hotel, classy and clean appearance. Quiet room, really spacious. Breakfast was good, something for everyone. Spacious parking lot, very easy highway on and off access.
The Parking lot was easy to find and access. Being able to park in the back and use the back door was convenient. The room was clean, bed was comfy, hotel was quiet
Value, though after I got there Google told me I could get the room about $25 less than I paid per night. Wasn't worst hotel stay, but wasn't best either.
