Great hotel. Big rooms. 2 beds are standard rooms.
Very comfortable.
Breakfast was great with a lot of choices
The dinner was also great with a lot of choices and fair price.
You should notice that everything around closes at 8 pm, also the hotel restaurant. So make sure to arrive before, otherwise you will stay without food.

Location to Bryce Canyon. Value of room. Room was spacious…somewhat rustic, but bathroom was updated.

The property was clean, spacious and most of all, the owners thought of everything that would make a guest’s stay comfortable and convenient. I would definitely look to stay here again if we are in the area to explore Bryce Canyon and beyond.

We toured all five Utah's parks over two trips this past summer and fall. Zion is our favorite but Bryce is a close second. Both have awesome scenery, one looking up and one looking down. We are "geriatric" hikers, found both the Bryce zig-zag trail to the bottom and back up, and the Zion trail to Angel's landing, reasonably well maintained and challenging. We were on a schedule so basically had one day (after an early morning run from St. George) to take in the marvelous views and do our hike before checking in to Ruby's Inn. Convenient, reasonable, and memorable, a find for two seniors on a budget.

This is one of the most beautiful areas.
This is one of the most beautiful areas. The hotel was clean, and pleasent. We had the biggest continental breakfast ever in a very nice barn.
There was inside pool and hot tub but we didn't have time to enjoy we spent most of our time in the national park.

The room and facilities were NOTHING like the photos.
The room and facilities were NOTHING like the photos. The bathroom loo seat was broken, the room itself was tiny with little room to walk about.
The quality of furnishings was poor.
The decor was tired to the point of being worn out. The room had clearly not been refurbished since the 1970s and was NOTHING like the photos which were clearly misleading.
The entire experience was poor. There was no option for breakfast and calling the restaurant a “restaurant” was a stretch. More like a cheap cafe.

Amazing!
Amazing! I've always wanted to see Bryce and it doesn't disappoint. The views are incredible. Took a trail ride to the bottom on the canyon and the guide was very knowledgeable of the area and made the ride fun.

It was beautiful wish I could have stayed longer.
It was beautiful wish I could have stayed longer. Hotel was great right outside the entrance of the park. Trails are moderate and family friendly, must be prepared for the hikes, proper shoes and water. Sun screen also.

Stupendous scenery.
Stupendous scenery. Great place to get exercise while enjoying the scenery. Best if you feel comfortable walking/hiking. Rim trail is fairly easy, going down into the canyon, requires hiking back up and also gives exposure to steep edges - make sure you are comfortable with that. It is well worth hiking down - but you need to be comfortable with the steepness. In winter be prepared with traction cleats for your boots or snowshoes. I wore snowshoes on two trails and was glad I had them. When the wind blows in winter - it is extremely cold - be prepared with enough layers and proper clothing.
The location is awesome right at the entrance of Bryce Canyon. Right across the street is the fancier hotel with a restaurant and a general store that has just about anything you need. A good continental breakfast is provided to get your day going. We were there in early spring so the shuttle wasn't running yet but the park is so close. The staff is very helpful. Our room was simple but clean and provided a fridge and microwave which was great to heat up food from the general store.
A very charming location that gives you the mountain stay vibes and is perfectly located next to Bryce Canyon National Park. The room was great and had everything needed. There is enough parking and also a laundry.
Stuff was very welcoming and the activity desk in the main building was super helpful in planing the visit of Bryce Canyon National Park.
The included breakfast was very nice.
A welcoming, warm and pleasant place to stay while visiting USN parks. Very close to Bryce Canyon and not too far from Zion, it has private parking, a good tasting restaurant (hand made pie and soup), and other interesting services (laundry, horse riding…). We got an upgrade for the room. It was lovely, big and nice. People of the structure were helpful and kind.
Very good entry point for Bryce Canyon. The hotel provided all the necessary services. Food, tours, Old County Music Show, etc. Room was clean and spacious, but this is alarge scale operation with likely more than 200 rooms. Busy place. Food at the breakfast buffet was plentiful and tasty.
Hotel was centrally located in Bryce Canyon city. Easy to access restaurants, gift shops etc...... especially the shuttle bus to the national park which stops directly in front of the hotel. Complementary buffet breakfast was exceptional. Staff was friendly and efficient.
Pretty clean, decent sized rooms. Fun breakfast in a country themed dining hall across the street but just breads and cereals (no hot food). Great location just minutes away from Bryce Canyon. Access to pool and jacuzzi across the street. Very friendly reception staff.
Frequent National Park Shuttles within walking distance for Bryce Canyon. Breakfast served at nearby Ebenezer's Bar and Grill. Room was cleaned even though we did not request cleaning for our 2 night stay.
We loved the big hot tub and we had a great meal at the restaurant. The location isn't too far from Bryce Canyonand the price was right. Hotel staff were very nice. The beds were very comfortable.
We stayed at this hotel on our trip to Bryce Canyon National Park. You can't beat the price and proximity to the park. The pool and breakfast was a great plus with the family!
Loved the double sink vanity in the bathroom. Wish all hotels had that feature. Right on the shuttle bus line for Bryce Canyon NP, and walkable to evening dining options.
The hotel is very close to Bryce Canyon and there is a Mexican restaurant right across the parking lot. Hotel is very clean. Sea and coffee available in the lobby.
