I love the reception idea in the evening. The breakfast made to order was a great touch. They allowed early check in for us which was really nice since we were weary from our travels. NIKKO and JOEL are definitely memorable to our stay. They went above and beyond, getting us extra linen, helpful, and ensuring we were comfortable. Nikko helped us retrieve a lost item and that means the world to us.
