I haven't been to Bettendorf before but I was actually quite impressed. Looks like they have worked hard to improve the city. I'd definitely stay again some time. We went to an awesome concert, then a couple bars after the concert. Very cute and fun. We used a taxi service so that helped not to have to drive in the city or have to park. The Hotel gives you cards with taxi services. Very helpful I look forward to our next visit.

Worst hotel I’ve stayed at. Horrible customer service. Crystal at the front desk is rude and likes to hang up the phone on you when you call the front desk and when you call back she won’t answer the phone. If you don’t want to deal with an adult that behaves like a child don’t stay here. I’m a sports mom and I travel a lot with my boys for tournaments and this is the first hotel that I stay at and treats their guest like garbage!AAnonymousUnited States of America - 10Scored 10

I wish I could have stayed longer as the room was VERY comfortable. I like every thing except the fact the preceding storm put a lot a business in panic mode and they could not serve as expected. It was a nice hotel that would work for both Family travel, business, or romantic getaways.

bettendorf is part of the quad cites and in the 4 cities they have every thing including great food at reasonable prices.we ate at the Draft Day Sports Lounge and had grandpa favorite honey bbq bacon wrapped meatloaf with mashed potatoes onion gray,asparagus and onion shoestrings on top. The wait to check-in was 30 minutes long (no apology nor did they request more staff) and when we arrived to our non-smoking room, it smelled like cigarette smoke. Additionally, we ate at the buffet for $24.99 a person, which, in my opionion was not worth the cost due to food choices. OUT OF THE FRONT DOOR OF THE HOTEL........I ENJOYED GOING TO HAYVEES SUPERMARKET.....WE DO NOT HAVE A HAYVEES BUT IT WAS LIKE A VONS OR ALBERTSONS.SUPERMARKET. EVERYTHING AND A STARBUCKS INSIDE..... I EVEN WENT FOR A LEISURE WALK OUTSIDE OF THE HOTEL . BETTENDORF HAS ALL THE DIFFERENT STORES WALGREENS......ETC OOH THE WEATHER WAS PERFECT IN THE END OF AUGUST. AND ALL 4 STATES THE QUAD STATES. This is the first time we stayed somewhere where the pool was open since 2020. They also had a functional sauna which was nice. The breakfast was a basic continental (waffle, fruit, cereal, coffee, juice, etc.). Every year we stay in the Quad Cities several times. This was by far one of the nicer, more economical places that we stayed.

The place was quiet which was important to get good nights sleep. The bathrooms are nice and bright with a good shower. The beds are comfortable. Location of the hotel lets you get right on the interstate to travel which is good for getting around easily. They have omelettes that are from frozen but taste OK and breakfast sandwiches are OK.
