Pensacola is my hometown, The city (downtown) has undergone a major transformation over the last 1 years and is now a vibrant downtown area that is fun as well as looks great. Pensacola is a very historic city. You should check it out. The beaches are as good as you can find anywhere in the world and the Naval Aviation Museum is absolutely awesome.

My trip was to take my husky to visit friends and to also his first trip to the Gulf. Pensacola has beautiful beaches and so many pet friendly places. We even found a dog park called Bark Park in Lexington Terrace that was extremely fun. We're gonna visit all these areas when we go back.

Liked all about it.Even though the room with a king bed wasn't available due to plumbing problems the room with two double beds was just fine. The room had everything you could need. Coffee maker with several coffee pods sugar cream stirrers. Room also had an ironing board and iron. Nice safe location. Will most likely stay there on future trips to mississippi.

Disappointing.
Booking included Breakfast. No Breakfast.
Disappointing.
Booking included Breakfast. No Breakfast.
It seemed like all guests were grouped together, making for noise and congestion.
Beds, while comfortable, made a banging sound.
Better choices available for the money.

Pensacola Historic District is great!
Pensacola Historic District is great! We got tickets on the Hop on Hop Off and it was helpful to get a feel for the area. We ate at some of the best restaurants, The Iron, Kalbi Intchiban, O'Reily's and Nicks Boathouse. We did not have a bad meal the entire time and coming from Palm Beach, we are somewhat picky about restaurants. Getting around is really easy especially if you stay close to the historic district.

Pensacola is really like a "Tale of Two Cities".
Pensacola is really like a "Tale of Two Cities". The beaches are great but when you are in the actual city area, there are homeless beggars on nearly every corner, run down businesses and houses everywhere. The closer you are and more you do on the beaches, the better. Lots to do at the beaches and the prices are reasonable.
except for the remote siting , which uber solved well , this villa rang all the bells . We left our passports behind to trave to orange beach without realising . when we were returning a few days later we were told that the cleaners had found them in a draw and handed them to the renting company . when we left to go to the airport they phoned to tell us my wife had left a coat hanging off a chair , we had time to return and pick it up . What excellent service from the staff . Much appreciated and we hope to return at a later date .
The check in process was bad,I arrived early only to be told my room had been given away hours before. The manager said she tried calling me to tell me not to bother coming but wasn't able to get ahold of me. When I asked what number she called because I had no missed calls she seemed to have missed placed her paper work. While waiting to check in ,I asked about a drink machine the clerk told me they didn't have any machines or water fountains available. What type of hotel has no machines available?
Enjoyed our 2 days, location is close to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping and to Hwy 10, however not close to Pensacola beach(a lol over an hour away).
The Pool is and added plus, but could use more attention daily, esp. around pool deck... lots of toys, floaties and stuff laying around.
Our room was spacious, with a kitchenette, with a fridge/small freezer and a microwave.
Inn staff is attentive and friendly...Overall a good pick!
We originally booked at a different hotel because it was lower cost. It was cheaper for a reason, so we changed to the Home2Suits the next day and it was amazing! We traveled from Texas with two dogs and for a family emergency. This place was a perfect escape during a very stressful time. I never heard any other dogs while in our room and the breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend this place!!
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! The house was simply beautiful, a brand new place with all the little touches to make it exceptional. The hosts were ahead of our every request, from beach chairs to restaurant recommendations and everything in between. The neighborhood is walkable with lots of parks, a short drive to downtown and the beaches. Loved EVERYTHING! We definitely plan to be back!
Beautiful newly renovated building. Great decor and very comfortable beds. Cute speakeasy and restaurant on site. Kari was wonderful and arranged cleaning for us on the second day when requested. We will definitely return and our family in Pensacola has stated that it is very hard to make a reservation here showing it’s popularity.
We loved being able to stay someone affordable nice and clean. The home provided everything we could need including kitchen utensils so that we could make dinner at home and beach essentials like an umbrella and beach chairs that a hotel would not provide. Also the driveway was large enough to fit both our cars and boat!
Breakfast offering was excellent, except for the hot water offered for tea. It was served in a container that had been used for coffee service and the water was faintly tan and smelled and tasted of coffee -- ruined the tea, made it undrinkable. Location was great, lots of places to eat nearby.
It was very clean and very close to Perdido Beach 1.4 miles. It was only 15 minute west to Orange Beach Alabama and only 20 minute east to Pensacola Beach Florida. So if you like to try several beaches your just about in the middle of them.
The property was in a perfect location. Only 15 minutes from Pensacola beach. But not in a busy area. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Pool was beautiful and clean. Love the twinkly lights. Room was clean, big, and comfortable!
We were in Pensacola for a golf tournament and the location of Casa Perdido was perfect. Right in the middle of our travel pattern, close to restaurants and the beach area. House was very clean and had new flooring.
The staff was kind enough to let us check in a little earlier after the room was cleaned and it was a cheap enough stay. We only came to the hotel to sleep and wash off so it was worth it for us.
Wry expensive for this place. Everything I’m the room wSs very cheap. When I first walked into our room turned on a light. Bugs ran off the counter. After seeing the bugs I was ready to go.
I was driving from Texas to Florida and this hotel just happened to be a long the way and convenient. There was NOTHING I liked about this hotel. I was very disappointed.
The room was clean, quite and comfortable. If we get chance to come back to Pensacola we would like to stay there again. 20 minutes to the greatest beaches was great
They cancelled our reservation due to no room available like we booked. We were shocked to see how this Hotel was being ran. Not a good place to stay...Not safe.
