The hotel has an excellent location in the park. It's pretty small but has its own comfortable size parking, which is rare in Lviv. I had a window to the park, so really fresh air and birds' songs were included :) What else - the big warm room, good internet, and big bathroom with bath, robe, and slippers. It was a good stay.

Its actually, warm in the rooms during winter times compared to other hotels. Roms are quite big that's a big plus. The bathrooms are quite old but they are properly maintained. Some minor renovations would be a plus.
