The staff & the owner of the hotel are very kind & helpful. I arrived earlier than check in time but they accommodate me. While waiting for the room to be cleaned, I had a chance to talk to the owner. He speaks Japanese & gave me suggestions of restaurants nearby. They also helped me to rebook my flight.
