COZY VILLA WITH A RELAXING ATMOSPHERE- new at booking from march 2023 This is one of two accommodations I run. The second is "Marthas - Polar Light Apartmeent" - Where I was awarded the "Traveller Review Awards 2023" Something I am very proud of. My goal is for my guests to feel comfortable, so that they want to stay with me on their next stay. You will find the Hose by car, only 9 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes by bus to the city centre. It is very good bus connections near the house. The villa is located in an established, safe and quiet area north of Tromsøya. Two free parking spaces right outside the house in winter, and three from spring to the autumn. The house is within walking distance to the top of the island. Here you will find a lighted hiking trail that takes you all the way to the southern tip of the island in winter and summer. At the back, towards the garden, there is a large and lovely terrace of about 40 square metres. Here, on sunny days, you can enjoy the sun from early morning to late evening. This is a great extension of an already spacious living room. The terrace will be well equipped with furniture for at least six people. This is really a place where everyone can find peace and have a good time together. I have decorated the house invitingly and homely for my guest. There is a sauna for two, in which you can relax after the day's excursions, or take a bath and get a real spa feeling. Everything is free. On cold evenings, it's nice to fire up the stove and just relax. In summer there This house is perfect for families and good friends, who want and have it as a base for a pleasant stay in our beautiful city.

There are grocery stores within walking distance of the house. Coop Extra Isrenna, Kiwi Isrenna, and Coop Extra at Stakkevollan. At the University Hospital, which is close by, there is a Narvesen kiosk, cafe an a small restaurant.
