This is a nicely done, super clean hotel in the historic district and an excellent location near so many historic things. I found the staff to be very pleasant and anxious to assist the guest - with a single exception due to his indifference. My room was on the 2nd floor - really a bit many steps for this geezer. After being turned down by one clerk because he said nothing would be available during my multi-day stay. The next morning I spoke with Jessica and she was able to switch me to a ground floor room immediately; so much easier for me. THANKS JESSICA! Jessica also arranged a taxi trip to Calakmul for me for the following day. Jessica was a treasure and the hotel's best asset by far. Anytime I needed information she could get it and the same for a taxi.
The rooms are a bit small, but passable; the beds are very comfortable. There is good hot water (must run it a while first) but only large bath towels are offered - no hand towels.

I love the history and architecture of Campeche and the vibrancy of activities at the parks. The Malecon is a must see and experience as it adds modern to the old and is just a relaxing area. Great food … nice people … lots to see … lots to do and it feels safe to move around.
But the beach was a great disappointment. It’s far, expensive to get there and they charge you to enter yet they do not clean up the sargassum so it looks nasty and smells nasty 🤮

great walled town, long Malecon for morning walks before getting too hot. Nice small museum of archeology. The town is getting cleaned-up, repainting a lot of the older bldgs facades. Nice restaurants, very traditional Mercado, to buy fresh fruits and vegetables.

I loved the old houses and the waterfront light and sound show. High marks for Colonial charm. Sadly, my restaurant experiences, while edible, were not up to the standard I experienced in Valladolid and Playa del Carmen. I did not get to the beach.

I really REALLY love old cities like this with walls and forts to explore. It was easy to get around on foot within the city walls and with colectivos to the forts outside the main area. The malecón was nice to walk in the evening and enjoy the sunset. Lots of renovations going on around the streets so they are looking after the place for the future too.

This city although big does not have a big feel.
This city although big does not have a big feel. Lots of history. Must say it’s the cleanest place in the Yucatán. Friendly people. Beautiful effort of maintaining buildings. Very impressive! Our favourite restaurants/pub was Patroni’s. Best pizza gourmet pizza ever! The lit up town with all the pubs and restaurants was lovely. Down the way a grand market to visit. Very good tour, English provided. The only downside was that we went for a tour at the time told to us at 4:30 and the attendant never showed up. We took it in the morning. Well worth the wait.

This was our second trip, 3 days long.
This was our second trip, 3 days long. Our first was a week long. We're considering moving to Campeche from Merida. Our first trip was just before Christmas and it was beautiful with plenty of activities going on the entire time. We were able to visit most of the tourist attractions but not all. The fortress wall, the Malecon, the Water Show, concerts in the Main Square, Trolley Tour etc. And you can't miss the central Mercado, it was amazing compared to others we have visited. Very clean, as was the rest of Campeche. We felt very safe wherever we went. Our second trip was to revisit and make sure we were still in love with Campeche, and we are. Not as many festivities but still plenty going on. The whole of Centro appears to be going through a government sponsored revitalization project. It was beautiful already but should be spectacular once it's completed. Highly recommend.
Great accommodation! We loved the set-up of this hotel. We had 3 rooms and these were all comfortable. But best was the common area and kitchen that we could use. As we were traveling with 2 families, this was an excellent set-up. We could prepare lunch and breakfast (and dinner if we would have liked). Also on walking distance to the center of Campeche.
All in all a fantastic stay in this hotel.
Loved loved loved this hotel. Beautiful colonial building true to pictures. Very clean and everyone was super friendly and helpful. Location was ideal only 1 block from malecon w statue and 1block from lit city street w fun restaurants and bars. Has small pharmacy attached and convenient parking. Upstairs rooms have doors out to small balconies. Really enjoyed our stay & we will be back.
Loved everything. This is the best place we’ve stayed in Mexico and one of the best Airbnb style apartments I’ve stayed in. Beautifully designed. Amazing host. Great breakfast provisions which were a bonus. Everything has been considered for a perfect stay. And the location is the best in Campeche
Lovely hotel with great, helpful staff and hosts! We really felt at home! Comfortable rooms, clean, with a comfortable bed. The location is very good - 5-7 minutes to the city center on foot, to the embankment or to the market (where public transport stops). I really recommend this place!
Great location in the walled city of Campeche, easy walk to the historical sites within the walls. Staff was helpful. Room was spacious, included breakfast was good I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay within the historical walls of the beautiful old city of Campeche.
The hotel was nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is located at a walking distance to the government office where I had to get my son's passport. It also has stores like Sam's Club and Home depot and banks behind the hotel. The Gulf of Mexico is also nearby
Very beautiful hotel, in the edge of the historical center of Campeche. Perfect option to visit the city!
The room and bathroom was really nice, the wifi and AC worked really well and staff was friendly.
There is also a parking lot and a really nice pool outside.
It's very well located in the city center, great for walking distance to everywhere. I parked in the last spot in front of the hotel. I was upgraded to a bigger room. The most peculiar pool, built accross 3 houses (you have to see it). Good wifi.
Beautiful hidden gem in Campeche! Beautiful design and style! Delicious included breakfast and thé loveliest staff! Thank you for the good care Wendy! It's right outside the city center but it's a walking distance!
Beautiful style old hotel in the heart of the city. Short walk to the main attractions. Comfortable and clean. Great value for money. There is also a swimming pool with towels supplied.
Everything about the hotel was very nice, clean, helpful staff. The location is very convenient to the market and transport. We enjoyed being within the walled city.
The hotel is located directly across the Malecon and it's a pleasant 15-20 minute walk to the city centre. The tennis courts, pool and gym are well maintained.
