We love this hotel ! We will stay here again. Everything perfect: stuff with amazing english, cleanliness, attention, fantastic breakfast and dinners with choices of many different cuisine, also at the day time they're serving Tea Sets ( Turkish) and Coffee Sets ( Arabian) with delicious desserts. Wellness facility also great: pilates, yoga, gym, 2 pools, sauna.

The facilities were really clean, the staff was really nice and helpful and the views from the room were amazing. My wife and I really enjoyed the outside pool and the ambassador lounge. The location was great and there's plenty of activities within the surrounding area!

Recently reopened and rebranded as Pullman, this Ambassador Hotel has been around for a while — and the expertise shows. Staff is attentive in the best way possible, never pushy but always quick to help. They reminded us of the great 5* star hotels of the olden days that are getting more and more difficult to find. While the rooms have gotten a *very* stylish makeover, quality materials and appliances have been used all over. Thanks to great maintenance, neither of our two rooms have shown any sign of wear. We’ve stayed in our fair share of luxury hotels in Seoul, including the higher end sister property (Sofitel in Songpa-gu), this Pullman hotel easily wins in overall ambiance. Even zooming out — I’d be hard pressed to name a better affordable 5* that’s impressed me the same way. We’ll be back for sure.

Very clean and comfortable. We stayed on an executive club floor, the reception was exceptional. The view from the 18th floor club lounge is great. The restaurant has a very good buffet; it is not cheap but it’s glorious and makes one happy!

It was very clean and spacious. The view from rooms on a high floor are amazing! The free pool is great but their is a another outside pool that however requires a extra fee.

The staff was very friendly and thoughtful. They often went out of their way to help. Room was spacious enough for Seoul standard. Pool was also spacious and very cleanly maintained, with a safety guard present at all times.

Every member of the staff was super attentive. The breakfast was plentiful and very high quality, always fresh even 20 minutes before closure-time (that is a great point) All facilities, including wellness area, pools, etc where well maintained and super clean.
