When booked it says there's a bathtub, there's a kitchen in our two bedroom. It literally says in the room details:" In the well equipped kitchen..." It says it has a mini bar.. no it doesn't. So there was a lot of listed amenities that they actually don't have/provide. Very old and outdated furniture and everything around. Needs a total remodel

My wife and I recently stayed at Little Savoy Guest House in Runaway Bay, St. Ann, Jamaica, and it was an absolute gem.
The location was perfect for us. Situated in the heart of Runaway Bay, the guesthouse offered a serene escape surrounded by the natural beauty of St. Ann. We were just a short drive away from the stunning beaches, allowing us to easily enjoy the sun, sand, and sea.
Additionally, the guesthouse's central location made it convenient to explore the area's attractions, including the famous Dunn's River Falls and Dolphin Cove.
Overall, the location of Little Savoy Guest House provided the perfect blend of tranquility and accessibility, making our stay truly unforgettable. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in Jamaica.

The proprietors…. Friendly, helpful.. always a smile for you. The property is very well maintained and as quiet as could be. The locale was beautifully situated in the hills. Gorgeous sunrise lit up the balcony and spilled into the room.

We had a kitchen so we made most of our meals.
We had a kitchen so we made most of our meals. That being said, groceries are not cheap in Jamaica!
Amazing seafood meal at Bashment bar and grill, a little shack on discovery bay beach!!! Don’t let the place fool you, it was the best seafood I have had near Runaway bay for a decent price.
Driving is not for the weak in Jamaica, it is a busy road often many delays and can take some time to get to where you are going.
But overall, such a beautiful country with the best people.

I liked the view, the general structure of the property. I didn't like how lazy some staff seemed, specifically the person to whom complaints are filed. Attitudes of some female staff needs work.

Check-in was horrendous, it took them 1-2 hours to get us to our room. Be prepared for a reception that is not ready for guests and were almost surprised we turned up despite paying for the entire stay in advance. Fortunately, I had printed a hard copy of the booking otherwise I'd be spending the night sleeping on the beach. Phone the hotel directly was futile as they never pick up the phone. Surprisingly this was the same from the actual room. Security is pretty hostile to paying guests and if you have a car prepare for no parking spaces if you even get let in. On Fridays there is a Sound System outside the hotel playing at 80-90 decibels and the hotel does nothing about it go luck trying to get some sleep. The hotel has an empty disco playing at around 70 decibels till 2am every night. By the way noise above 70 dB over a prolonged period of time may start to damage your hearing. Loud noise above 120 dB can cause immediate harm to your ears. Be prepared to supply your own beach towels. Room towel and bed sheets are not changed daily. The was built in 1958 and the room safe is from the late 80s. Food is acceptable but they seldom have the national dish of Ackee and Salt Fish and the bar runs out of Wray and Nephew white rum by noon daily.

The apartment was super nice. It was clean and modern. I love that there was AC in each room as well as the living room. There were alot of small appliances provided as well as condiments, seasonings, teas etc. Everything you could think if that you needed to use was there. It was simply excellent. Each room including the living room had a nice big flat screen tv. The view from the house was also excellent. I love the bathrooms. I love the decor, the tables, the chairs....Really nice home away from home. Love it!
The breakfast options were very minimal for a normal Jamaican guest. I was really taken aback by the empty refrigerator that greeted me all plugged in an icy when I entered my vacation room of an all inclusive hotel. I did not know that I should have taken my own stock for place inside the already prepared refrigerator. The staff was friendly and most of them displayed good customer service skills. Waiter Mr. O. Riley was very pleasant, professional and was a great customer service representative.
The location was convenient for me and since I had planned on being away from the apartment for extended time, this type of facility was ideal over an all inclusive option. Was there for 17 nights but visited friends and relatives in two other parishes, so was actually there for just about a third of my stay. I found the staff to be courteous and accommodating. I felt safe at this facility. I would definitely recommend here to someone who is interested in this kind of accommodation.
Really quiet and calm location. Once you hire a car, there are lots of different things to do in the area, so you don't have to travel to far. Montego Bay was a short drive from this location, so not far if you want something more busy.
The local beaches were quiet also with not to many people which is what I prefer.
Lovely views from the top of the hill and the hosts were awesome and very welcoming. They showed me the local shops to help me get settled in.
We were delighted to find our room so clean and well decorated. Antoinette had made towel swans and even a towel frog for our kids. She had filled the jacuzzi with rose petals in the shape of a heart and balloons. It was such a great welcome to a beautiful house with a beautiful host. She was always available to help and give advice. She walked with us and showed us all the shops, she even drove us to the beach and helped us with our laundry.
I cannot say enough about Adrian and Maureen! Beautiful couple and beautiful place! We had a small mishap and they handled it right away! The grounds is beautiful and they have a lot of amenities! The food, service and rum punch was excellent! I would recommend this place to anyone! My bestie and myself enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back to stay again!
The staff was great! Breakfast was authentic Jamaican, served hot and in large portions. The pool was nice, clean & fun. The balcony served up an unexpectedly beautiful sunset.
Beachside chairs and rocks helped to provide a tranquil, relaxed ambience. The resort was secure and access was restricted to guests & their guests only. Overall, it was worth it. Will return.
The hosts really made me feel like part of the family. Nothing was too much trouble, even a trip to the local shops… so it was really easy for me to cook one of my favourite dishes. Also, my room and the living room and kitchen areas were very spacious, clean and well laid out. Views from the front porch and rear balcony were beautiful.
very big, clean spacious resort with top tier service and entertainment! definitely will be returning. thank you to kyle & davina at the front desk, & dwayne at the pool bar! made my birthday amazing!
The rooms at piper’s cove were very nice, the grounds were immaculate, all the staff were very friendly! Overall a great example of a small non corporate hotel in the Caribbean
The lemon roast chicken !!!!! Was great ... Big up tahjay and nastascia .... The pool was clean and nice ... Overall carfiff hotel and spa is just too awesome 😊
Food was good all round (breakfast, lunch and dinner at the buffet). ITALIAN RESTAURANT And The Knife Restaurant was good. Beach bar and poolside bar was great.
