Great midpoint location for getting to main island hotspots, with great beaches, supermarkets and restaurants but a more local and relaxed feel than the other tourist haven areas. Puerto seco beach club is great Island fork restaurant Donna lee’s seafood & grill for local fresh fish Dunns river falls Ocho Rios 8rivers nightclub Ocho Rios Doctors cave beach Montego Bay Peppa’s chill spot Montego Bay

What not to like, white sand beach, palm trees, beautiful...
What not to like, white sand beach, palm trees, beautiful weather blue sky plenty of lush greenery, forty five minutes drive from Montego Bay to Discovery Bay, thirty five minutes drive to Ocho Rios shopping malls. In Discovery Bay the private beach of Puerto Seco Beach and many more attractions. I will definitely recommend the place to others.

Discovery Bay is quieter than the more touristy parts such as Ocho Rios. The beach is sandy Puerto Sico and was fairly quiet when I was there. There are local licenced taxi to take you around. The locals were friendly and helpful. There are a few local shops, pharmacy and a police station in close vicinity to the beach and where I was staying.

Congested but workable for short stays.
Congested but workable for short stays. Wifi is almost non existent. Puerto Seco is a great place to relax and enjoy the sun and sand. If you are staying over.....Luxe Beach Resort is 30 seconds away. They offer the use of a fantsdtic pool....they have a private beach with kayaking.....cabanas etc. We enjoyed our dinner of msinly jerk chicken...pork n rabbit from Ultimate Jerk Center

Dbay has couple gas stations that has atm machine and I could easily get some patties whenever I’m feeling peckish. There’s some local restaurants around if you are in the mood to mingle with the locals. Puerto Seco beach is a must if traveling to dbay it’s lots of fun.
