The lady that checked us in was very friendly and spoke English. There was 4 of us and there was only a queen size bed in the room so she added 2 twin beds for us. We had a reservation that went wrong so this was a pleasant surprise.

All were great in the area .Clean area nice restaurants and shopping in Sorelle Ramonda was great . Except of the taxi .it was extremely expensive coz the driver comes from Vicenza and calculates the km from there . So you can pay enormous high amount of money . They should have taxis come from Altavilla Vicentina and not from Vicenza that is more far .KOURETA

If we only knew how amazing this hotel was, we would have stayed longer. The comfort of the bed is just amazing. Never slept so great! As well the breakfast was very organized due to COVID restrictions and the staff member serving the breakfast was very attentive and friendly. There was a lot of choice/options to eat/drink and all very delicious. Thank you!
