The enterior is super cute, and the location is the best!
Szeged is a very charming city. I enjoy its atmosphere very much. There is a limited amount of activities to be done during the evenings, but I actually went there for work, so I might not be informed enough.
I enjoyed the open air market on Saturdays at Mars Tér; it's a very good place to buy fresh and local products, vegetables and fruits. Otherwise I liked simply strolling around the city.

If you want a weekend break in a provincial city in Central Europe, let Szeged be your destination. This is not just another town in the Land of the Magyars - and I have been to about 15 of them. The Art Nouveau (or Succession) architecture is fabulous. Go to the Mora Museum. Check out the Dom and the Synagogue. All glory to the City of Sunshine.

Szeged is a wonderful city which has a rich history, a beautiful culture and many things to offer!
It has great landmarks (like Votive Church, New Synagogue, Fekete Ház, Botanical Garden, Víztorony, Dugonics Tér, etc).
Students from many countries choose this place because it's vibrant.
Speaking of health tourism, many individuals come every year to the thermal baths and to the spa.

Szeged is maybe a bit under estimated!
Szeged is maybe a bit under estimated! It is a nice city, lot's of art deco houses. Nive boulevards and nice squares, good coffee shops.
Also a better Christmas market than in Budapest.
Outstanding thermal "Anna bathe" and fun at the aqua park, others side of the river.
Worth to make the trip to this city. I go there every time that I'm in Hungary.

Szeged is a beautiful university town in the South of Hungary. Its selection of buildings from the end of 1800s and beginning of 1900s is remarkable. There are so many to appreciate. The cathedral and its square are well worth a visit. It is a lively place due to the university students' presence and so feels a youthful place to visit. As it is compact it is easy to get around. But as in many places in Europe there are an abundance of canines. Watching where you walk is always wise.
The hotel offered comfortable and convenient accommodations, making it a great choice for travelers. One of the highlights was the free parking available right outside, adding to the ease of my visit. The self-check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, a testament to the hotel’s modern approach. The rooms were not only clean but also cosy, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere. This hotel is an excellent choice for anyone seeking a straightforward, comfortable, and cost-effective stay in Szeged.
The hotel is modern and very clean. Located near the Domn Square and very close to the pedestrian street in the center of Szeged. It has an underground garage for who needs it that was 11€ extra per night when we went there. The breakfast was excelent and diverse. The front desk staff was polite and helpfull. The room was spacious, clean, modern and had a nice balcony that serves as a terace. Unfortunatelly we were not able to use the spa facilities as it was in refurbishment
It is a very nice and practical apartment with an AC unit, which is very helpful in this hot summer.
I would also like to thank my host for understanding and even answering my phone call at 6 am to ask about the room.
It practically saved my whole trip to Szeged, as I've had an unpleasant experience the night before in a hotel.
I would definitely recommend booking here also because the price is excellent for what it offers and its location close to the city center.
The Mozart Hotel is a very stylish three-star hotel in the very centre of Szeged that provides four-star service at a two-star price. If you are staying in the City of Sunshine and want to immerse yourself in Art Nouveau architecture, with a 10 minute walk to all the restaurants that you could want, you will not do better. The staff speak good English and are very polite and helpful.
I've been travelling to and from Szeged multiple times a year for the past 8 years or so. This is probably the 6th time I've stayed at The Dom. It is definately my hotel of choice but hasn't always been available when booking past trips. This was the first time that I took my son to Szeged (he's 9 now) and he absolutely loved his stay and this hotel was a large part of this.
Classic City Apartman is an excellent little apartment in the middle of Szeged. The place is spotless, filled with amenities including washing machine, coffee maker, and there's even a toaster. But the best thing about this place are the hosts are very friendly and go above and beyond to be helpful. I highly recommend this place if you are visiting Szeged.
Brand new smart hotel.
Everything is clean.
Staff was very helpful, even if you don't need them because of the phone app for check-in, entering the room, paying and check-out.
Closed parking place in the court, which you can enter by app or hotel card.
Good location near the center.
Nice breakfast 50 meters from the hotel in A Fricska.
Palazzo Hotel is located 15 minutes walk from the historical city center of Szeged. The room offers a comfortable bed, TV and shower. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There are free parking spots just next to Palazzo, so ideal for people who visit Szeged by car.
I have been to Szeged a few times, and this is the best place I've rented, the apartment is amazing, has everything you might need, tidy and clean with modern and elegant decor, it gets a fair share of light during the day and it's not far from the city center.
Everything is like on pictures, excellent staff, extra clean large rooms. Netflix series included 😀.
Parking outside of hotel on weekends free.
Location near center of Szeged.
Breakfast good with additional brownies.
Beautiful hotel located near river, city center and aqua park. Enjoyed tremendously in cleanliness of the room, rich breakfast and well educated and very helpful staff. I would recommend Novotel Szeged always.
Pleasant staff, nice breakfast, close public parking garage (about 50cents/hour), but there is also private parking for 4e / day in the hotel backyard.
10 minute walk to the city center
The hotel is in a great location, in a quiet street, just a few minutes walk from the city center. It's very modern and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. Perfect place!
