The staff were friendly and helpful.
The staff were friendly and helpful. We ate at Eastern Red, which was recommended by one of the staff ( my husband specifically wanted the best Chinese restaurant in the area).
The bar, hallway and restaurant had such wonderful character. The staff were very attentive at breakfast. The room was very good.
The hotel is a short drive to Liverpool city centre, Chester (Zoo and city) and also close to beaches on the Wirral peninsula and on the North Wales coastline.

Took us nearly an hour of driving around finding the hotel on my sat nav from the given post code. Perhaps your web page could advise of this anomaly. Extra tired due to this extra drive.
* Very homely
* Receptionist was very very kind and let me park my performance car at the front of hotel and moved hers to one side due to it being a single spot so no potential for doors to be opened onto mine in high winds etc. This gesture was very thoughtful and I very much like to thank the lady in question. Extra mile service. 😊
Service from everyone at the hotel was outstanding. Reception couldn't have been more helpful, staff in the restaurant were great. Biggest surprise was how good the restaurant was. Food beautifully cooked and presented and good value. Good taxi service just a tenner each way to Buckley
Service was good and the staff very friendly / helpful
Although we departed on christmas eve (we learned that the hotel was closing on christmas eve for a couple of days) the staff still remained attentive and we were not rushed during breakfast,
I will never stay at the hotel. Can I stay in Holiday In up and down the country I have done now for over 20 years and this is by far the worst stay I’ve ever had at the Holiday In hotel location creation/ Staff value for money poor very poor
