We are a family of 3, originally from the Isle of Man, after many a holiday in Scotland we fell in love with the beauty and in Particular Perthshire itself and moved here 7 years ago. We love the outdoors, especially walking round the many scenic lochs, forests and parks that Perthshire has to offer along with our side kick Buddy the dog. We love to welcome our guests at Dunallan, we take pride in our work and make sure that guests have an enjoyable stay.

Property info

We are a family run business and we love to give a warm & friendly welcome all our guests. All our en-suite bedrooms offer comfort and relaxation after a long day of travelling or sightseeing. We have a variety of rooms to cater for all your requirements from single, double, twin rooms and family rooms. All our rooms are provided with Free Wifi, hospitality trays with a selection of teas, coffee, hot chocolate & biscuits, Tv & hair dryer. We are a room only establishment and although we don't offer breakfast, we do offer a lie-in! We have found that the majority of our guests do not wish to have breakfast and enjoy having a lie-in instead, so we have extended our check-out time from 10am to 10-30am for this reason. However if you do want to venture out to enjoy a breakfast there are many cafe's/restaurants close by in Perth to enjoy, all within 15 min walk.Also we have made an agreement with a restaurant which is only 1 mile up the road which entitles our guests a 20% discount off your total breakfast bill. We have many guests who have used this offer and the feedback we have had is that the breakfasts were excellent. We look forward to welcoming you to the Dunallan Guest House.
