Mumbles is a great place to stay. Everyone is very friendly. Great walks along the seafront to walk into town or on to Swansea!
Lots to see and do on foot. Dogs are out in abundance which is lovely to see and they are welcome in all establishments.
M&S foodhall too which is an added bonus.

It was just an amazing experience.
It was just an amazing experience. The area are buzzing and there were so much fantastic places to eat. The beaches were amazing and one need time to visit them all. For us it was also close to so many Castles to visit and see. And if you like your meat, then this is the place to go. The Welsch lamb and specifically the Welsch Salt Marsh lamb is the best.

We came to the Mumbles to celebrate our daughter's wedding and having travelled from Kent decided to stay for a few days and explore. Overall the weather was kind to us, just Sunday with rain. We took ourselves off to Rhossili Bay which was beautiful and because I have some disabilities it had a reasonably flat path that you could walk along to see the beach and the Worms Head. The main difficulty we had was using the car park ticket machines! You needed a degree to understand them but luckily, a local resident helped us and we in turn was then able to help others in the same plight. A lovely long weekend.

Beautiful, quirky, retro, very spacious, comfy beds, sea views has everything you could need. The board games in the lounge was a lovely touch. Below the flat is a welcoming traditional pub with piano! Close proximity to seafront, coffee shops, restaurants, shops and many galleries. Already booked for later on in the year.

The mumbles is a lovely place clean and busy with people...
The mumbles is a lovely place clean and busy with people walking riding bikes etc it’s central to the little coves /beaches further down the coastline a short drive will take you there and also to the nearest city which is Swansea there is a small compact shopping area many places to eat such as the mermaid restaurant which I would highly recommend and several pubs all in all a lovely place for a short break great views
It’s a perfect location for a quiet break on the Mumbles. The cottage is quaint with a very cosy living room that has a log burner that creates great heat and ambience. The upstairs has perfectly equipped kitchen, bathroom and main bedroom with a large, maybe king size, comfy double bed. Although it was December, the patio was great to let the dog out to stretch his legs and the views over the bay are brilliant. In 2 minutes you can be walking along the front, and in a bar or restaurant in a similar time.
Absolutely lovely hotel room, overlooking Swansea Bay.
Room was spacious, spotlessly clean.
Sliding doors opened onto a small balcony/terrace area.( too wet to use during our stay)
Lovely white linens, big bathsheets.
Comfort big bed. Block out curtains.
Good breakfast downstairs. We also had an enjoyable dinner in the restaurant downstairs.
It was a wet day and evening so there was no outside drinkers/socialising or noise to bother us.
Pay and display parking, at a good rate, was very close.
Very clean and comfortable place. Plenty of space and nicely decorated. Great location for the Mumbles right in the centre. Close to lots of cafes, places to eat and drink. Good base for walking along the coast too. Also only a short drive to Swansea. Well equipped kitchen and also had some books and games available. Good to have a parking spot available given parking seem to be at a real premium in the mumbles.
The Coast House is a beautiful B&B right in front of the sea. The room was large, beautiful and comfortable. We had several choices of breakfast (including vegetarian and vegan options), and it was delicious. The self-check in was very easy to do, and the staff were very friendly. I would definitely recommend!!
This is a lovely, spacious self contained apartment with fabulous vintage furniture and accessories to add a fun and original element. Situated above a fantastic traditional pub with lovely views of Swansea Bay. Property owners were lovely and very welcoming.
Very good location overlooking Swansea Bay and convenient for some good restaurants, pubs and easy walk to the small town centre area.Very welcoming in the form of Harry who was barman cum receptionist. Also, despite being on the promenade, the rooms were quiet.
Fantastic B&B. Fab hosts. Great location - seaviews, castle, pier, restaurants, seafront and Gower Coast path all within easy walking. 10 min drive to Swansea. Excellent breakfast and comfortable room.
It was a pleasure to spend 2 days there.
Excellent location with vies over the bay towards Swansea. Friendly staff and I enjoyed my dinner.
Due to Covid, breakfast was delivered to the room each morning and was a fairly good choice with a nice hot roll with bacon egg and sausage
Quaint cottage with interesting history and wonderful setting. Up-the-hill patio (33 steps) has a great view of Swansea Bay. Well-equipped kitchen. Excellent location just up from the sea front. Easy walk to many restaurants.
It’s a really spacious suite with a large living area that was the perfect place to stay cozy and warm from the driving wind and rain. Great location for exploring the Gower and accessing restaurants and sites in the Mumbles.
Great position overlooking swansea bay. In the heart of Mumbles village. We had a warm welcome from restaurant manager who also showed us to our room. Room size good with ensuite. Food quality and portion size very good.
Great location with spectacular view of Swansea Bay. Promenade and coastal path on doorstep. Local public transport into Swansea and along the coast to the Gower peninsular (ANOB). Plenty of places to eat and drink.
great guesthouse to explore The Gower from. lovely comfortable room; fab breakfast; good parking across the road; quiet place but handy to walk into The Mumbles. Clean & modern bathroom; friendly owner.
The property is in a great location near shops, cafes, seafront walk etc.
A lovely clean, comfortable room with a shower room. A great view of Swansea Bay from the window. Delicious breakfast.
Nice little place and perfect for accessing the mumbles area.
