Cozy and home-like accommodation. Pikisaari is a unique setting for a small hotel like this, and yet the Oulu city centre is only a 5-min walk away. The rooms are comfortable, clean and decorated with taste. One of my favorite accommodations in Oulu, definitely.

This guest house is on a small island within 10 minutes’ walk of Oulu’s pedestrian shopping area, Rotuaari. It provides rooms with a TV and shared kitchen. WiFi and parking are free. All of TurusenSaha’s brightly decorated rooms have a seating area. Bathrooms are either private or shared. The terrace offers nice views of Oulu River, and BBQ facilities are available. An array of activities can be enjoyed on site or in the surroundings, including skiing, cycling and hiking. The guest house is 20 minutes’ walk from Oulu Railway Station and 2.9 mi from University of Oulu. Oulu Airport is within 25 minutes’ drive.
