Our Apartment is located in a small building of 11 Apts. On the ground floor is located a branch of Bank of Cyprus. It is a large apartment of 90 square meters and it is always kept in a very clean and excellent condition. It is taken care by me and my wife and so we are always doing our best to keep it is such a condition. We are located only 2 minutes walk to the sea. Very close are located luxury 5 stars Hotels(Amathus Hotel-Four Seasons Hotel-Meditteranean Hotel), Restaurants,Cafeterias, Shops and Pharmacy, Post Office and generally anything you will need. At a distance of 1km is located the Ancient City of Amathounta, on a hill with magic view of the Limassol Gulf. A bus station is located opposite the Apartment and bus Nr 30 will take you to City Center, the Limassol Zoo and also at the Mall of Limassol(Terminal).

I love the sea, swimming and doing sports(walking-jogging) by the sea. I also enjoy swimming in winter too.. It is healthy!! We are glast to host people from around the world and assist them so they have a comfortable vacation!

The area near Apartment is very interesting because of easy access to the beach in two minutes. On the beach exists a 7 km long path where people can walk or do jogging by the sea. There are plenty of restaurants and cafeterias as well as shops for food, a pharmacy, a post office etc. Bus station is very cloce and the access to the City Center-Limassol Zoo, The Mall of Limassol etc is very easy and cheap. At a walking distance of 1 Km you can visit the Ancient City of Amathounta of a Hill with a magnificent view of the Limassol Gulf.
