Being manager and waiter in that industry made us realize the importance of listening to our clients and how everything is in the details. We then found that we shared the same concerns: the quality of customer service. After much discussion, we decided to pursue this to another level in the rental industry. Why rent a hotel room (or two) when you can have a full apartment for the same rate? This property consist of four luxurious apartments in the heart of friendly Plateau-Mont-Royal. You can hardly find a better spot in town! Each flat has a living rooms, 3 bedrooms with queen size beds and a 4th bedroom with a full/full bunk bed , a kitchen, a dining room, and two bathrooms. All four places can comfortably accommodate 6 to 12 people, have their own big terrace with BBQ and patio set, are fully equipped including a 55" HD TV flat screen with connection to Netflix and cable... Top 5 reasons to book with us: - Our apartments are in a prime location, close to the Mont-Royal metro station in the middle of the Plateau Mont-Royal area. - Eating out is fun!.. But 3 times a days is costly! In our apartments, you can prepare food in your private kitchen. - Comfort is a priority. We have quality memory foam mattresses in all our beds. - Plenty of room!! Our apartments are MUCH larger than the equally priced hotel room. - An Area Guide right on your smartphone! Where's the supermarket? The dry cleaner?... Where should we go for dinner? All in the palm of your hand!

Lively area with its many restaurants, shops, bars, grocery stores and all services nearby. Not far from the apartment, there are also large green spaces, including Parc Lafontaine and the Mont-Royal where you can enjoy the scenery, take a picnic and relax. You'll mostly love living in the Plateau for its variety of hip restaurants, night clubs and bars such as: l'Avenue du Plateau, Les Trois Petits Bouchons, le Saint-Sacrement, the Baraka, the Candy Bar, Billy Kun, Bières & Co., L'Barouf, Plan B, La Salle À Manger, le Passé Composé, Le Quartier Général and many others. All shops and services (bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, fashion stores, bars, and restaurants (you name them...) are located within meters. Buses and taxi in front of the building, Mont-Royal metro 5-7 min walk and BIXI station (Montreal Bicycle rental) on the street corner to provide access to nearby major cultural sites in minutes.
