The staff was very helpful and welcoming, communication was on top level. They in a moment helped us to arrange activities and rent a car. The cottage was spacious, with very comfortable huge bad and great kitchen. Nice place to stay for a long time! The territory is green and beautiful and lighting at night was aesthetic.

Property very secure. Staff when there are very accommodating. My trip was ordered through a third party vendor and there was a problem with airline that caused me the missed my original check in date. Hotel rescheduled me without a problem. I also sent them an email that I needed a rental car and they had one there waiting for me when I landed at 10pm. I went to the rental off the next day to sign the paper work and do deposit. I'd definitely stay here again. Ambience is very tranquil and exactly the peace. I was looking for on my vacation.

Een heerlijk huisje in een groene oase met uitstekende voorzieningen. De staf, bestaande uit Mick, Brigitte en Irma zijn altijd bereid om vragen te beantwoorden en om iets voor je te boeken, of het nu een snorkeltrip of restaurant is of wat dan ook, en ze zijn altijd even vriendelijk! Een must is ook een avond bij CHEFS voor een fantastische maaltijd, op tijd boeken! We kwamen hier voor de 2e keer en het was weer heerlijk!

Prachtige locatie, tot in de kleinste details verzorgd qua inrichting. Fantastische kamer met privé patio met hangmat en buitendouche, en aan de voorkant heerlijke veranda. Ruime kamer, ruime badkamer van alle gemakken voorzien en luxe en zeer sfeervol ingericht. Zeer fijne ontvangst door Brigitte!

Met name de combinatie met restaurant Chefs was super; heerlijk gegeten. Fijn ook dat late check out mogelijk was en dat bij vroege aankomst koffers in depot konden en er een omkleedruimte met douche was.

As instalações do hotel são simplesmente maravilhosas e condizentes com a filosofia zen do estabelecimento. O quarto era lindo e confortável, o banheiro enorme. As toalhas de praia e o cooler fornecido são itens que definitivamente fazem a diferença na estadia em Bonaire (em especial no dia de fazer o passeio a Klein Bonaire). A melhor parte foi a cordialidade dos funcionários, que respondiam rapidamente a qualquer questão que tivéssemos, em especial à Angie que foi super acolhedora e prestativa, conseguindo rapidamente dois lugares no restaurante CHEFS (estávamos na lista de espera), assim como pesquisando informações com agências de mergulho para que pudéssemos realizar esse meu sonho (do qual eu já tinha desistido) no dia seguinte. Saí de lá com uma sensação de grande carinho por Bonaire e muito graças à ajuda que o Bamboo nos prestou.

Wat een geweldige plek! Een prachtige oase van rust in een tropische tuin. Het huisje zelf en de bijbehorende tuin overtroffen echt onze verwachtingen, de foto´s die we gezien hadden waren mooi, maar in het echt was het nog mooier. Het huisje was voorzien van alle gemakken. En al die zitjes bij ons huisje, voor ieder moment van de dag kozen we een ander plekje. We hadden van tevoren voor de eerste ochtend ontbijt bij het huisje besteld, het was luxe en heerlijk, wat een manier om de vakantie echt te beginnen! Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
