The town is beautiful and the centrtal part is very well maintained. I particularly liked the park with the lake. There were beautiful trees in the park not so usual for the country and in the lake there were white and black swans. The restaurtants I visited were not too expensive and the food was good.

Sandanski is a modern City with local and inter City bus connection as well as Taxi service. It has some excavation sites dating back to the roman inhabitants. Lots of places to eat out. Sandanski has an average of 2450 hours of sunshine. Many vineries in the area. Thermal bath locations within 40 km Friendly locals.

Sandanski is the place where we are doing a night over to...
Sandanski is the place where we are doing a night over to split the long drive to Greece, however in 2022 we have also uncovered Happy Bar Grill that we really like, and due to this restaurant decided to always stop to Sandanski. But while stoping to Sandanski we have seen the beauty of this place and for next year we plan to stay several days instead of just one night. We love the Park, the apartment that we rented and the Animal shelter.

Great big city park after the pedestrian, similar to the parks of big european cities. It is very tidy and clean, with sport establishments, lake, carousel, Wheel, Coffee restaurants and lots of nature!!! Recommended for relax, picnics, walking, boating in lake and other sport activities. Great for children too!!

It is a bit of a hassle driving as the streets are weirdly angled and narrow, however, Sandanski has one of the greatest parks, with lots of birds and a variety of plants and trees. It is a great location to visit with children and enjoy the benefits of mineral water spa centers and resorts. The city center is small and charming with lots of coffee shops and small restaurants.

There was parking for the cars, 24/7 reception. Wonderful TVs in the rooms. Very kind staff. The restaurant is wonderful, great service and great food. Also the garden is pretty nice. Besides everything above, they allowed us late checkout because the room was not reserved after us. I would recommended this motel for sure if you visit Sandanski.
