Ich habe in der Unterkunft ein paar Tage übernachtet, um das berühmte Radrennen Paris-Roubaix zu besuchen. Alles war bestens, die Vermieter haben sich sehr gut gekümmert, ich durfte sogar mein Rennrad im Haus unterstellen. Für mich war der Aufenthalt besonders angenehm, da ich zufällig der einzige Gast war und daher das ganze Haus für mich hatte. Reichliches und sehr gutes Frühstück war mit dabei. Das ebenfalls enthaltene private Spa kann ich nicht beurteilen, da mir für dessen Nutzung leider die Zeit fehlte. Falls man Selbstversorger ist, gibt es eine kleine Küche mit Grundausstattung, und um die Ecke einen Supermarkt, der rund um die Uhr geöffet hat. Für Ausflüge ins belgische sowie französische Flandern und Hennegau ist der Ort ein sehr gut geeigneter Ausgangspunkt. Sehr zu empfehlen!
