Not the easiest hotel to find, and the area is very industrial. It is an oasis of comfort, however, and has so much to offer, including excellent sports facilities and a restaurant. Breakfast was very good, and the room was lovely. Close to the airport and the main highway to Tirana and Durres

We arrived before check-in time and wanted to shower. So, even though we couldn't enter the room yet, the staff allowed us to shower at the spa. So we showered and enjoyed the spa even before check-in time. The place is great! It's the 4th time we stay here. It's so relaxing, the rooms are beautiful, big and comfortable. The spa is so good, especially the jacuzzi, which is huge and very warm. The bed is so comfortable, I really like the blankets. I would suggest that there could be 2 chairs in each room, instead of one. Sometimes both guests could want to sit at the table at the same time. For meat eaters and people without intollerances, there are many options for breakfast: cakes, bacon, sausages, cheeses, boiled and fried eggs, omelet, pancakes, fried potatoes, bread, yogurt, etc. Way more variety than all the other hotels I have stayed in Albania.

The outside and indoor pools were great. The spa was very good, the jacuzzi is huge. I loved the room, the bathroom and specially the shower cabin, that is very big, the biggest I have seen in Albania. The shower head is ample too, it feels like a waterfall when you shower. The breakfast was good, Albanian style, but had fruit, which is a plus. The staff was so helpful, specially the receptionist, Kleansa. I was very positively surprised. We came one day just to use the pool, we enjoyed and decided to come again for staying at the hotel. We will definitely come again. Another great thing is that you can come early in the morning and start using the pool at 9 am, even though the check in is only at 2 pm. And the day you leave you can still use the outside pool until 6 pm (closing time).
