The host was super friendly and helpful. He asked all our questions and was always in touch. The room number was great in the 10 minutes from the Old town. All is clean and in very good condition. The balcony is huge with a view on the mountains. The bed is really comfortable. And you have everything you need in the room, even if you need something special, the host helps with that. The breakfast is tasty. The parking is in the front of the entrance. And one more time, the staff was really great. It was a pleasure to stay here. We liked the people, the Old town of Gjirocaster, food, views, and buildings. And definitely recommend this place.

Without Alexander on front desk this hotel would not rate very highly he was exceptional in every way and went right out of his way to make our stay amazing. We had no fridge or views as advertised but he let us sue the fridge in the breakfast room so kind we could not speak highly enough of his attention to everything he made us feel welcome and special thanks Alexander. This is a great hotel for staying in Gjirokaster. Everything was nice, the location is perfect if you want to avoid narrow streets in the old city. The old city is still not that far, we walked there. The room was clean, breakfast was yummy and the owner was really kind.

If you want to treat yourself to a little more comfort than in a hostel but don't want to spend too much money, I recommend this place. The hotel is tidy, the rooms are modern and quiet, although it is just around the corner from the mail road. Free parking ist just next to the hotel, and shops, restaurants and the old town are in walking distance. I was given a room on the fourth floor and because it had a balcony with a sliding glass door I had a fantastic view of the mountain range, even from the bed. The breakfast room is up there also, so even if you get a different room you can see for yourself. The breakfast served was varied an delicious. Obviously this is a family run hotel, and both mother and son took their time to give me information about Albania and Gjirokaster.
