Exceptional and unique. Service and cleanliness was impeccable. The room itself is very spacious, and at a comfortable temperature despite the heat outside. Piyanth, our host, was friendly and accomodating. Highly recommended - the sort of experience you will not find in any hotel or resort. Wow this place is amazing a truly beautiful home, attentive friendly staff wonderful food amazing pool the room was beyond all expectations (we did get upgraded to a suite thank you) if you are going to stay in Colombo this is a must do 30 mins from the airport and plenty to do within walking distance but to be fair we got there and just chilled as it was so beatiful

It was such a clean and tidy place,I loved how clean it was. Room was very cute,kettle-cups and teas were placed,bathroom was also fully supplied with toilet paper,shampoo etc. Many thanks to Sumit and the other guy (I forgot his name :(but you can see them in picture.) They gave a very warm welcome and even see us off at the door,very kind and friendly people! If we come back to Sri Lanka we will definitely stay in this property again.

Breakfast was wonderful. The buffet had plenty to choose from. My mom and I signed up for a massage and it was absolutely wonderful. I left all the oil on for the rest of the day...the pool is fantastic and this is a great spot if you are traveling with kids.
