Our host was exceedingly friendly and helpful. Contact with her was very prompt. She even helped us when our taxi to the airport was falling through at 5AM. The rooms are very modern and we'll equipped. They are clean and the bed was comfortable. Our room was the perfect size for us to re-pack our luggage for our flight back home. This was the best service we had in a while. We would happily recommend this accommodation to any prospective guests. Thank you again.

Heather runs this wonderful place. She is very helpful and attentive. Usually breakfast is served starting 7.30am, but the first day my tour pick up time was 7.45am and Heather gladly agreed to make my breakfast 7.00am. I had a bit late check-in as well and Heather booked a place for me for dinner. I also didn’t have UK adapter and Heather gave one for use during my stay. Breakfasts are exceptional here! Pick any and you’ll love all of them. There are several options, you just need to tick the boxes for next morning. The location is nice and quiet, just 10-15 minutes walk from city center. Room is cute and cozy. I had only 2 day stay there and it was amazing. I would recommend this place.

We had a large van, which was difficult to find parking for. Host moved his own car to make room and waited outside to save the place so we could park. Breakfast was amazing! Hosts were very attentive and even made pancakes for our picky, younger eaters.

The owner of the house is extremly friendly and made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. We had a big room with two comfortable chairs, so we did not need to sit on the bed all the time. The breakfast we enjoyed next to a nice fireplace, was traditional scottish and very tasty. It took us only 5 minutes to reach the city center and a tesco is only two minutes away. For us the perfect choice for our two days in Inverness, we can only recommend it to anyone!

Laura is very kind and nice Incredible host. I very much enjoyed my stay. Everything was at top level. Room was comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was amazing. Location quite and only 10 minutes from center. 10/10 fantastic.

Fairfield Villa is a lovely B&B in Inverness. In walking distance of the busstation (only about 10 minutes). The hostess, Pearl, is one of the kindest people we've ever met. The room was small, but that's to be expected, the beds were nice. Pearl helped us out and made sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast is was also quite good, especially since we are vegetarians, it was no issue for Pearl. Would recommend, just for the hostess alone.
