The best generous and thoughtful Seniorita ( making the best breakfasts for us) and Senior who were such exceptional people with big hearts, always ready to help. We came in the middle of the night and it wasn't a problem to check in.The room was nice, clean with the balcony and the hairdryer in the bathroom. The Sutimar has a perfect localisation, just one street from the beach, close to the restaurants and pubs. The area is not noisy with a close bus stop so you can easily travel to Palma, Airport or other cities you would like to visit. It's a perfect solution to people who want to relax and avoid the much louder Magaluf. We highly recommend this place run by great Spanish owners. Although it is referred to as a hostel, it is, in fact, a fully-fledged hotel that offers a delightful experience. Here's why I highly recommend this hidden gem by the beach. Location is everything, and Hostal Neptuno certainly delivers in this aspect. Situated just a stone's throw away from the beach, you couldn't ask for a more convenient place to stay. The proximity to the sandy shores allowed for easy access to the beautiful Mediterranean waters and picturesque sunsets. It truly was a beach lover's paradise. One of the standout features of this hotel was its incredibly helpful staff. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality. The staff members were always ready to assist with any questions or concerns, providing recommendations for nearby attractions and ensuring that guests had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Their attentive and friendly nature greatly enhanced my overall experience. Cleanliness is a top priority at Hostal Neptuno, and it shows. The rooms were meticulously maintained, and the housekeeping staff took great care in keeping them spotless throughout my stay. The level of cleanliness was consistently high, which is a testament to the hotel's commitment to providing a comfortable and hygienic environment for its guests. Despite being located in the heart of a tourist hub, I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet and peaceful my stay was. The hotel managed to create a serene atmosphere, allowing guests to relax and unwind without the disturbance of outside noise. This tranquility made for a truly restful experience, which is often a challenge in such popular tourist destinations. While the breakfast provided was not something to boast about, it did offer a decent variety with generous portions.

the lady who runs this place was just adorable, and answered all of our requests. Place located near the coast was cute and cozy. There is no way to find better place in this price. I would recommend it to anyone.
