Great location! Parking is available for purchase for 20, so is breakfast. It’s impossible to find parking otherwise. Grocery store is 2 min walk, full kitchen on site. Our apartment has its own bathroom. The room is very clean, with a balcony. Very secure with double lock and a wonderful seating area on the ground floor. 20 min walk to historic city and 10 to the commercial area.

The place was very easy to find, room was clean and comfortable. It had all the necessary equipments, even a full size fridge. I had a battery problem with my motorbike while leaving, the owner helped us very much and showed us where to fix the problem. I really aprreciate that, it was a huge help since I didn't know anyone in Sofia.

I would like to thank the hotel receptionist lady. There was a problem with the buses on my girlfriend's return. With her help we found a solution. She helped a lot. Thank you so much. Good place. I definitely recommend it.

excellent staff, helpful and kind! the room was spacious with great view. the location isn't the most touristy part, which is a great plus: i like that it's close to the market, metro station and the green parking zone.

Lucio was attentive & very helpful during my stay . I stay at the economy room and was all I needed. The whole place was clean and tidy.. I didn't need anything else. Fully equipped kitchen etc

Great location, in a parallel street to Vitosha Boulevard, close to everything yet in a calmed neighborhood. Not a fancy place but It was clean and safe, bathrooms are not inside the room but there is no problem about it, perfect to use.

The owner was amazing. We were so lucky to meet such an amazing person out of the many people Bulgaria. He made my trip so much better, and we have had the best stay at his apartment. The owner is so helpful and kind he helped us rent a car and reach the airport. He didn’t leave us until he made sure we were safe. I will forever be grateful to him.
