Everything was perfect. Rafael (the host) and his family are super nice, warm and welcoming. The place is well designed and you can truly feel the love that was put in creating it. Rafael is an excellent cook :) we are vegan and he put a lot of effort making out meals fit us. Such a peaceful place with lots of farm animals running around and ruthes to hike (they also offer free bicycle you can take) The pool was lovely with really nice view. We are so happy and thankful for our stay and will for sure come back again.

Located in the village of Brejinho de Água do Sul, a 15-minute drive from the town of Grândola, Monte do Brejinho de Água offers apartments with traditional and simple architecture. Nuno was very friendly and helpful. We were traveling by bike and he even offered to drive to the nearest town to get take away dinner if we had not brought our own provisions. He provided a locked room for our bikes. The pool was the nicest of our trip. The breakfast was excellent, continental and he would cook you eggs as well. Our apartment was huge, with two bedrooms a living room, and a full kitchen. The patio was also quite large and comfortable. We did some laundry before jumping in the pool and returned to find a drying rack on our patio as well. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. A well renovated, well-run family property. My husband and I were on a 7 day cycling holiday and we were so happy to have found this absolutely beautiful accommodation!! We loved our stay there..…so much so that we decided to stay another day. It was impeccably clean, absolute comfort and just a relaxing place to relax and unwind. Each morning we were delighted to find on the outdoor table a lovely arrangement of goodies….fruit smoothie, Portuguese rolls, jam and a huge bowl of either blueberries or raspberries. the outdoor pool was a bonus and we certainly made use of it. The owner (Susan) was wonderful and so helpful as was Carmo (staff). Carmo was lovely and so obliging. Highly recommend this little place of paradise.

Had a beautiful stay at this property. very peaceful surrounded my farm land. the pool was perfect for refreshing dip after my long day of hiking. the rooms are very comfortable with nice patios to watch sunset. And they provide the most delicious home cooked breakfast! wish I had stayed another night for the breakfast:) Definitely recommend to anyone staying in the area!

Featuring a seasonal outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers, the tranquil Herdade das Barradas da Serra is located in the countryside, 4 km from Grândola. Pretty much a perfect stay! Beautiful accommodation and setting, clean, quiet, very friendly, great breakfast, and we loved exploring the running/cycle paths within the grounds. The location was also ideal, being so close to Grandôla and Comporta for restaurants, beautiful beaches and local wineries.

Located 8 km from both Aljezur and Odeceixe, Quinta Pero Vicente offers rooms in a traditional white-washed house with a countryside location. This pet-friendly unit has free rental bicycles. The place is amazing, very comfortable and the owner is extremely kind and helpful. He gave us a lift with his car to go the restaurant and helped us to choose the best fish available. Small details that meant a lot to us. He also prepared us a great aperitif and an outstanding breakfast. We really enjoyed staying there
