Excellent for the price point Rooms were good but the exceptional service is what made this hotel hands down the best we stayed at in Germany. From the owner running out to greet us and help us park on arrival, to spending time chatting with us and recommending areas to visit (which unfortunately wasn't very common in other establishments), to the unbelievable cleanliness we became accustomed to returning to on our stay there. Going the extra mile wherever they could with the little details like folding up the end of the toilet roll in little triangles and sorting out the messy situation in the bathroom we left behind did not go unnoticed.
