Prompt service, friendly staff, sincere effort to make you comfortable. Special mention of Mr James Ding, Mr. Kevin Lee the manager friendly boss and extremely polite and humble. We planned to stay for only 3 nights but because of their hospitality and friendly gesture we extended our stay by 2 nights.. we have stayed in many hotels around the world but never found such a wide spread of breakfast with so many varieties to cater for Chinese and international taste. Even got my breakfast customized to my taste.

They have a laundry and dryer and offer tours around Yunnan. Big common area and a good restaurant as well. We would stay here again!
