Motel Adam is just off Autoroute 50 and is 15 minutes' drive from downtown Ottawa. It features a heated outdoor pool and free WiFi access throughout the entire motel. Excellent customer service given by Daniel and Mohd Al Amin. We were very pleased to see that our rooms were very clean and things were done up as requested. I expected the swimming pool to be at a comfortable temperature but unfortunately it was cold for kids to swim. The inside hotel facilities were very clean and breakfast was great.

Set 4 km from Canadian Museum of History and 5.5 km from Rideau Locks in the centre of Gatineau, Cozy Sweet Studio #1, 10 minutes to D.T. It was a cool old building with self-contained apartments. It was clean, quiet, and had lovely hardwood and a hotel style feel, comfortable bed, cute kitchen. There’s even a gym and some vending machines. The staff were helpful, responsive, and friendly. Bruno at the front desk stuck around for my late check in and showed me to my place. It was only a 15 minute drive into Ottawa, easy access, and there’s a parking lot with free parking.
