The friendliness of the staff especially Elvira whom I dealt with on daily basis. She was able to give us the direction to where we wanted to go and didn't get tired with our numerous questions.

Četrzvaigžņu viesnīca Golden Tulip Media Hotel atrodas 5 minūšu gājiena attālumā no metro stacijas Dubai Internet City, kā arī blakus tehnoloģiju parkam Dubai Internet City un rajoniem Dubai Media... Everything was perfect, the staff were very nice, the location is a little bit far from Metro and to the shopping malls, the good thing they have is the free shuttle to the beach, to the Mall of Emirates, to Dubai Hills mall and to the Outlet mall. Suddhir the cleaning guy was very nice and friendly. Overall it was a nice stay but very far from Deira

This 4-star hotel in Dubai is a 5-minute drive from Mall of the Emirates. Dubai Internet City, Dubai Media City and Knowledge village are also within 10 - 15 mins drive. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, just a 10-minute walk to the metro station, and there are many shops and supermarkets nearby that are open 24 hours.  All the staff are very friendly and helpful, from reception to room service. They always greeted me with a smile and made sure I had everything I needed. Special thanks to Preeti at reception, Noor from room service and really  thanks to everyone (I don't know all the names).  The rooms are spacious and have comfortable beds. I also enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi, which were clean and relaxing. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Dubai.
