Convenient access but the room smelled musty and moldy.
Convenient access but the room smelled musty and moldy. The room needs a new carpet. The musty odor was overwhelming. Were I staying more than one night, especially at the price they charged, I would have demanded a different room.

It was just an overnight stay on my way home from Maine to northwestern Pennsylvania. It was a nice accommodation and I was pleased with it. It was convenient to the Massachusetts highway- getting to and from the hotel was easy.

We stayed there during a pandemic and I understand there was no mask mandate but it would have been more comforting if All the staff wore masks.
They did not clean by our room every day and we had to ask for clean towels.
It’s a little disappointing considering the price.

Free parking, located in a quiet place, bed was confortable but sheets were dirty and stinky, I couldn’t sleep the first night until I sprayed perfume and removed all covers only to discover a blood stain 😞 I was in room #227 you can look for it and for sure same bedding will be there very very small pillows but confortable

I like the quietness, and the room was decent. I didn’t like that some of the laundry like towel and wash cloth and bed spread had permanent stains on them after they were washed. This stuff needed to be thrown away not given to guess.

Clearly they were working on the place, fixing walls , room missing molding. My stay was short so it was ok. They need better ventalation. Saw insect exterminator, not sure what to think about that. May come back for short stay

If the facilities had up to date information on the food limit because of whatever reason. That’s important traveling with a diabetic child means needing access to food 24 that was not the case and was not something available to the sub booking platforms. Nor did the hotel answer phone calls in a prompt or regular manor. I tried calling 48 hours before and was not successful.
You over booked the hotel, so when I arrived tired and want to rest with my family we were told that there was no rooms available and that YOU had booked me a room that did not exist. I had to sit in the parking lot at 12 am and look for a new hotel to take my family to for the night. I will NEVER use booking.com ever again to book a hotel room. Absolutely awful
Everything was clean. Check in / out was fast. Everything was clean. The only thing I did not like is that due to the covid-19 problem there was no breakfast, but it is not the fault of the Hotel. It's understandable. besides that everything was clean, quiet, attentive and excellent service
Small refrigerator in room. Breakfast included. Not a huge assortment of options, but adequate and very convenient, especially as our stay was during a blizzard and most local establishments were closed. I appreciated the staff at the hotel being there to make the breakfast they did offer.
I love that they do not have nasty rugs in the rooms that soak up everyone's germs. Spacious rooms with fridge. Flooring with little carpet for my fur babies. The hotel is on a food/drink strip with easy access to I-91. I was very pleased with the location and the amenities.
terrible. I made the reservation and 15 minutes later I changed the day. When the date arrived, I arrived at the hotel and they didn't accept it. I had to pay again and even more expensive.
